Not cheap, but rock solid on a variety of devices, not just Lenovo machines.

I have been battling with this useless piece of plastic for months now and am giving up. I’m using it with a Lenovo ThinkPad P15. So same manufacturer. Trying to make it work with 3 monitors is a nightmare. Random black screens with monitors reporting no signal. Random loss of USB headset connectivity. I have to unplug the USB C cable and plug it back in again to make it all work every time. It’s useless and I’m going to have to sell it.

Display connections stopped working after a year of use. Every other port works, displays work fine plugged directly into laptop.

The unit stops working after a few months no longer supporting two screens and today not supporting any screens. Forums everywhere are full of reported problems. We have a number of these in our office that were supplied with new Lenovo laptops and screens and they are all starting to fail. A truly rubbish product from a once excellent company.

So far I've test it with Thinkpad laptop (Yoga). Works well out of the box. With just one cable (USB-C) connected from my laptop to this dock I have:1) extended my view to 2 additional screens2) laptop is also charging itself.3) gained Ethernet speeds (as opposed to WiFi).My second screen is using DVI-D interface so I wasn't sure if using DVI to Display port cable would work with this dock - it does! It also looks good and it's not bulky.
