I know the review says its adjustable, but this pillow is THICK. way too thick for me to use without hurting my spine. It does seem really supporting but unless your sleeping on 2-3 pillows stacked, this is probably not going to be a pillow you like either. It does have a nice fluffy pillow look to it though, which makes it great in bedding shams, which is where mine has ended up. Like i said, nothing wrong with it its just..very thick to be comfortable. The pillow is basically shredded memory foam between two foam layers. You adjust it by opening it up and pulling out some of the shredded foam. I dont think id recommend going that route, if you dont want a thick pillow just get a different pillow. I can only imagine that if you started removing filling that the extra space created would allow for the pillow to become lumpy and uneven. The foam would naturally migrate away from the pressure point your head creates and move towards the open space meaning less support under your head. If you like thick pillows its great if you dont, look elsewhere. I didn't get a change to judge its cooling level as I didn't sleep on it after realizing how thick it was.

The pillow comes with an OUTER pillow case outside of the pillow itself as you see in the photo — and I was able to fit ANOTHER pillow case on top of these two layers with the pillow fully stuffed! Great buy!

I bought two of these! My boyfriend and I had been complaining for months about the pillows we had. We had a few thick heavy memory foam pillows that were killing our necks and keeping us up at night. I wasn’t sure how fluffy of a pillow I needed nor did he. So when I was Christmas shopping I came across these. I never heard of the shredded memory foam pillows and read some reviews and I was determined to buy one. Why pay a lot of money on pillows and not be sure how thick or thin you like them? So I say give this puppy a try. I love that I can adjust it to whatever I like. It took me a few days to figure it out but now I know I’m a pretty big fan of a pillow more along the thinner side. So if anyone is reading this and interested just know the foam does move around quite a bit. So you will need to fluff it up before bed and mold it to your liking. This is not a Con of this pillow in my opinion. To others it might but it’s what I like.

I'm really pleased with this pillow! When it first arrived, it was rolled up tightly in the shipping box, and I was nervous it wouldn't expand correctly. Once I let it sit for a couple of hours it puffed up perfectly! I did notice a faint odor from its manufacturing, but I let it air out for a day and the odor was gone. I like firm pillows that give me solid neck support without making me feel like I'm sleeping on a brick, and this one is the perfect height and softness for me. I didn't need to adjust anything on it, but if I ever need to, I can always just unzip the inner case and easily remove some of the foam padding. I doubt I will do that, though, as it's soft enough to be comfortable without my head sinking too far into it, while also giving me the support I need to sleep through the night. I also noticed it doesn't seem to get as warm as some of my other pillows have in the past. I live in a hot climate, and I like that I don't have to keep flipping this pillow to find a cooler spot. This pillow has also been great as a back support when I sit up in bed reading, and it easily regains its shape afterward. I can highly recommend this pillow if you are like me, and need a higher loft with a firmer filling to sleep comfortably. Love it!

Absolutely a sink your head into pillow. I put the pillow in the dryer for 10 minutes on fluff dry and it was huge. The memory foam compresses and cradles your head. It is the perfect pillow for people with breathing issues. Asthma makes it very difficult to breathe at night for me and this gives me the right elivated angle that makes breathing easy. No laying flat. I didn't remove any of the fill and I love it. Perfect pillow. I think this would be great for acid reflux suffering people as well.

Probably deserving of 4.5 stars, this pillow is top quality (though it didn't work out for me). This pillow is a great value and well constructed - from the memory foam to the well sewn inner and outer cases.I am a back-sleeper and even with a couple grocery bags of memory foam removed, it just wasn't soft enough. The inner case that holds the shredded/chopped memory foam, has a lining of foam that is likely used to reduce the lumpy feeling of the memory foam. Unfortunately, that same lining decreases the give of the pillow, reducing its softness. You cant hardly return a used pillow, so I'll use for support in reading in bed.

I bought the firmest pillows I could find at Target two years ago. They were never all that firm, but now they require constant readjusting. I bought a gel pillow for side sleepers that I love, so I thought I'd try a more traditional pillow. The fact that I could adjust this model made it that much more attractive to me, so I thought I'd take a chance. So glad I did! They're not so firm that they're stiff and not so soft I don't feel supported. They're just right. The price point makes them that much more attractive. Will be rehoming my Target pillows for these and recommending them to anyone I know who are looking for new pillows

Je crois bien avoir depuis ce temps, acheté, minimum, 2 oreillers par années, depuis 19 ans.Et ce, du plus cher, au moins cher, ils ont tous finis à la poubelle.Avoir connu cet oreiller, j'aurais jamais tant souffert d'insomnie.Rapport qualité prix, et vendeur extraordinaire, dont mon oreiller est arrivé, 5 jours après l'avoir commandé, et il y a dans ces 5 jours, il y avait, 2 jours fériés. Et on est en pleine pandémieJe recommande fortement!

This is the best pillow ive ever had, its extremely comfortable. I use it with all the memory foam still in the pillow, i feel like there isn't much need to remove any since it molds to your sleeping position. I sleep on my side and sometimes on my stomach and both positions are comfortable. Id recommend this pillow to anyone that wants a better sleep.

It is a great pillow.I have been using it for about a week, I love it so far.The pillow itself is super soft and seems to be made out of high-quality memory foam.It keeps its shape very well and supports your head and neck while sleeping.There was no odour at all, and the cloth fabric around the pillows is beautifully produced.These pillow have definitely improved sleep quality. I bought this pillow for my husband because he has neck issues and he thinks it’s really made a difference. He enjoys that it’s adjustable and you can take out-add foam back in as needed. The pillow stays cool and doesn’t make you over heat. Keeps its shape really well. We have had some pillows like this in the past that would just flatten out right aways. So we’re happy. Impressed 👍🏼

I bought this because the listing states that the cover is 100 % cotton:“100 percent cotton cover has both a crisp and cozy feel”It’s polyester and nylon and feels nothing like cotton. Nothing special about this pillow, it’s not terrible but I wouldn’t recommend it or buy it again, the case for the pillow makes a scratchy, unpleasant sound- similar to some pillow protectors.The memory foam squishes and sticks together, so it doesn’t keep a nice shape.It’s super dense and some of the foam was removed, but now it doesn’t distribute evenly, and needs to be “fluffed” regularly so it’s even and not hollow in some areas.
