I love the shirt and shipping was fast, however it runs small and the bonus tape measure is hard to use and isn't accurate. I am 5'10" 195 lbs athletic build. I usually order a size large in tank tops and so that's what I did. I really wanted to exchange it for an extra large but they did not have any in stock so I had to go with another company and a different shirt:(I gave this 3 stars because the shirt size I needed wasn't available and the tape measure is a joke, but the quality of the shirt itself is Awesome and the card with the quote from Arnold is a nice touch.

To give you an idea... my body muscularity and size closely resembles Brad Pitt in Fight Club... not big, but not way smallFit is... OK... However the material is POOR. Not comfortable, it doesn't feel like my other cotton stringers... feels like it was treated with harsh chemicals, feels like I'm wearing a shirt made of A4 paper--- on top of this, the material does not stretch like regular cotton, almost not at all, making the shirt just not comfortable.Basically it will serve to cover your nipples and the rest of your upper body but don't count on it being comfortable--- I'm not buying this again.

Some how too open around the arms, and narrow in the chest area, huge part of the chest will be visible on the side, maybe the nips too. Not very aesthetical. I think you must be VERY MUSCUAR to wear it.

I'm a 44" chest and the Large is too small. I haven't even washed it and it's tight around my lats. I guess it's good if you want to show off your progress but stringers aren't supposed to be tight.

I bought this stringer for my brother and he loves it. He wears it to the gym every chance he gets and he also loved the free tape measure it came with. I'll most likely buy other colors in the future.

I returned the shirt because of the fit under the arms. I am tall and lean muscular. My lats do not "stick out" as they say in Body Beast, so it was an odd fit. The material was of good quality and seemed like it would hold up well.The price was right. It is a heavier material than the thin tanks coming from China. I have no reason to give it a lower rating and would recommend the product.
