I just took my first one....how long before I may start to feel the benefits of Alive?

I'd say anywhere from 2-6 weeks. I used to take the Alive women's 50+ and compared the boxes on vitamin amounts. It's shocking how much more you get with these. Sure, you'll expel what you don't need but what if you need more of one or more vitamins? Loaded with B-12 for energy so I take them in the morning instead of before bed.

It's been a while since I tried the one pill and had the reaction, but it was typical big multi-vitamin/mineral size.

what makes this product ultra potency

I just looked at the Women's Daily Alive yesterday at Costco and found it did not have all the ingredients as the Ultra Potency has. I can't remember all the differences, but the percentages were lower and many missing. I take it for the vitamin B's which are way high over the daily recommended %. Someone else listed all the ingredients so I won't list them again.
