I take these daily after being diagnosed with osteoporosis and osteopenia. They are easy to eat and swallow (actually delicious) and hopefully are having a positive effect on my bone density. These have a nice texture and flavor but too much sugar. Their vitamin d3 aren’t coated with sugar so why are these? They would be much better if they weren’t coated with sugar. I’ll keep buying them though because they are the best chewable calciums I have found so far.
