Zipmart did issue a refund, but not until I wrote a 0ne star review. They did not respond to my first refund request in a timely manner. We have been taking fiber gummies for years and have really enjoyed taking them as opposed to fiber in powder for you mix with water. Never a problem until now. Opened the first bottle. The lid was very difficult coming loose and there was a burned smell came from the bottle when the lid came loose. The foil seal under the screw off cap was burned as well as the inside of the cap. The container seemed to look normal, so the burning must have been a chemical reaction of some sort. Note the center bottle in the attached picture. We will not take these gummies because I do not know what burned the packaging. I am going to notify the FDA because this burned seal and lid could very well be a dangerous product. The other two bottles were not burned, but the product was melted onto a gooey lump. Again, look at the two outside bottles. The products were handed directly to us by the delivery driver, so they were not left out in the hot sun. There is no good excuse for this other than mishandling by the delivery service.

I have tried several different varieties of fiber gummies and these are the only ones that taste good. All the others have weird texture issues (too soft, like chewing an eyeball), but this brand is legit. Even if the gummies get a bit old - if you take only 1-2 per day - they still maintain a relatively consistent texture and flavor. Definitely recommend.

These work really great but you must take at least one time per day because they keep you regular. Your system is always 72 hours behind.

This took a little longer than it should have to be delivered so I wonder if it wasn't left in the heat too long somewhere. The gummies are really hard to chew up, very very tough. I've had this exact brand before and they were not as hard to chew. This is also causing them to have little to no flavor at all. I think they work well in giving you the fiber you need but they are seriously hard to chew. Like eating a piece of rubber.
