A) imo, worth the extra price vs the pic rail mounted model. 1 bipod, 3 guns, 1 throw lever. B) Needs A.R.M.S. #17s pattern mount. I got an American Defence Manufacturing mount, they were in stock. (Pictured is the tan/coyote/fde/whatever-its-tan coloured option with the 'tactical extended lever' or whatever. The tan looks like SCAR16 kind of tan, and I'm not sure id recommend the extended lever. My other mount from them has a reg lever, I like it more. Just my opinion. Also, maybe just get black. Kind of regretting my 'anodized fan's look with the rest of my normal tan items)

This bipod is amazing!!! I read a few reviews saying that the A.r.m.s. mount screws were not included so I ordered them too. After opening the bipod's packaging, I found a set of Magpul screws in the bottom packaging holes where the bipod's feet rest!!!

Make sure you check and double check what you're getting. Got a used one of these for a steal at $75 but didn't realize it was the ARMS style and had to buy an adapter that cost another $75. Otherwise, bipod looks and performs well.

These bipods work great on my AR10. Took it to the range and put 15 shots in a spot the size of a quarter. No bench just a table and these bipods.
