Artis E500M in-Ear Headphones with Mic (Black)

Nice product design and build quality used for long time and it was really awesome

I bought one of these in flash sales for 300. Just went with others reviews,most of them sound positive. As of my experience, the output is pretty good and the mic and call receiving button is working well. The quality of wire and plug in is impressive but the mic made out of plastic is not of a great quality. I am pretty sure it may break in a few days if i keep on using it extensively to receive calls. Coming to the audio output,its pretty loud. The bass is average and sometimes the high notes at full volume just may hurt your ear. As of now,its a short term review. Overall, a fair performance for its price.

Got artis e400m headphones today. I played some songs, tested for bass, sound quality amd noise cancellation. It's good, really nice at this price. Maybe ot lacks loudness by a bit, not too much still... Nice built quality, there is nothing wrong. As promised the wire is anti-tangible, stiff coated with rubber. The wires connecting mic to earbuds looks thin but has rubbber coating as well. Ear piece is plastic made but looks good. Fits perfectly into ears. I will update my review after some months of usage. But overall very nice product. I would say this can compete with Realme ear buds 2 but may lack in loudness by a small bit. For some 399 Rupees it is more than worthy. ..In the photo I had wrapped the rubber strip from my previous Realme earphones around the cable ( just for fun).... that is actually not part of this product😅

Back in early 2000 , when I had my first PC , i got an Artis 4.1 Surround system since Creative Live Sound Blaster was out of my budget. And there weren't any other trust worthy brands or much options to choose from , like we have today. Honestly , i wasn't expecting much from Artis 4.1.But to my surprise, it performed amazingly well with excellent sound quality that I couldn't find much difference from the Creative Sound Blasters. And till this date , it's still working. While cleaning the house , i some how lost a speaker.Very recently , it's power supply (12v adapter) failed and had to be replaced.Other than theses two , it's still serving me well enough. So I'm considering Artis speaker system for my new PC.So with such a very very satisfying experience with the brand & the feed back from customers , i blindly ordered this earphones from Artis. I believe I have a better ear to music & had done few personal audio recordings too. With that small experience , i should honestly say that I am very much disappointed with this product except for the build quality. Build quality is very good. Cable, Jack , ear buds everything is very good to excellent , considering the price. This ear buds are the best in class i have ever tried , when it comes to comfort. It fits so well and feels very very comfortable that you won't feel it's there & it blocks most sounds from the environment. But, where it fails miserable is when it comes to sound quality. It has a bass to it.But not refined.So it's not a pleasant experience.Rather tyan a true bass , it sounds something similar.Thats all.And i hear some noise if it's too much of bass. It fails even terrible when it comes to mid range & high as well. It's hard to hear those which again is a very unpleasant experience. If you are an A.R.Rahman fan , then this is a huge disappointment , i should say. I don't think music player's equalizers aren't going to help much. When I tap the mic area , there is some sound coming from that to the war piece. But not any environmental noise. I guess this is normal to all such products with mic. So for a far better sound quality & if you an adherent music fan , it is better to invest in avery good quality ear phone with no mic. Better avoid the cheap ones no matter how all some customers praise it since most common buyers don't have a real idea of a better sound quality. Saying all that , i have observed that the mic in this one is very good. You don't have to keep it near your mouth. It seems very sensitive even when let to hang at it length & noise cancellation is doing an excellent job. Considering this too aling with build quality & price , fast delivery etc , i have given 3 Stars.Final verdict - if you want an ear phone with very good build quality, that comfortably sits in your ears & you just use it casually and more for voice calls , i will recommend this. For music lovers , i would say , buy a butter quality / brand investing a bit more , of course a non-mic version. I think , i personally would get a Sony one with bass as in my experience they always delivered the best quality even in the days of walkman.Update : While I stick on with my earlier review , here is a small update. If you are using it with an MP3 or Video player with equalizer , it sounds much much better. I should also say that I decided to keep it for its build quality , confortness in fitting in the ears and great chords which , literally never gets tangled. As I said in the earlier review , i had a very good experience with Artis speaker system & will consider buying it for my next PC. I hope they will make much better ear phones in future with USB - C ports as well keeping the audio quality on par with their speakers. This product is still worth buying than slightly cheaper ones which won't last.This one seems to last for at least 1- 2years taking some serious abuses. Even if I don't avide my stuffs , yesterday it fell off from my table and I accidentally walked over it. In another incident it's cable got slighty jammed between the drawer of my desk. My earlier headphone wire got cut off in the same situation. So , now I don't mind a drop in sound quality for the build quality and endurance. But for for pure "music bliss" , i will spend some money getting a Sony or such brands. Thank you for your time 🙂

Artis E400M ReviewReceived product on time thanks to the excellent Service of Amazon.Best buy under Rs. 300. I got this for Rs.269 with Rs. 40 cashback. Hence Rs. 230.Talking about the product its made out of plastic but the build is excellent.. Fits in comfortably very light weight, no trouble on ear. Wires are double layer so this look to last longer. Mic included with button.Coming on most important aspect of earphone SOUND, the quality of sound is just exceptional for the price i got this. This is a china made earphone but sound is very clean loud and clear.I lost my JBL earphone recently and i have also used Sennheiser earphones so to compare the output with this i will tell Sound is just clear load with amazing bazz.. Sure this is not as same as Sennheiser 180 but if i give Sennheiser 8/10 then i will give this 7/10 for sound clearity.. but for price which is 1/4 of Sennheiser sure then i would give this one 10/10.I have compared the product with best in the industry under 1k for the price and this is what my review for the price.So if you want a decent earphone with good and loud sound under Rs. 300 then go for this. But if you want best sound then go with Soundwave /1more piston/ Sennheiser / JBL..

I bought it for 300. The sound quality is 20% lower than that of Nokia Wired Buds which is bought twice for the same price. But the build quality is 30% better. It even looks more premium. I trusted in Artis because years ago I used the E300M which was really good at the time.
