Silverline uncontrollable
I rented this edger and it was a nightmare to use. Find another brand.

This is a good edger. It spins faster than other models and seems to burnish at higher grits . All in all we enjoy using this edger. Rental edgers are notorious for being uncalibrated and “out of control” in regards to the review below. Edging is a back breaking job regardless of what model is being used. Thats why I have an employee half my age do the edging. This silverline , It’s a solid edger. I’m partial to them as they are built in USA. I’ve since bought a Clarke and we all like it better , the silverline ran everyday for 6 years , No problems. Now it needs new brushes and a bit of service ( electrical).
