Carb Blocker - 200 Capsules X 700 MG of 100% Pure White Kidney Bean Extract - 20:1 Extract - for Men & Women

I completed a 12 week keto meal plan cycle ending on 12/3 during which I went from 226 lb to 195 lb. I have been on maintenance since and taking these blockers and have not gained any weight. Steady at 194-196. This includes the holiday season with Christmas parties, big meals, etc. I take 3 or 4 600 mg carb blockers before high carb meals. Example - yesterday I took 4 blockers just before dinner. 6-8 pm - bread with oil for dipping and cheese. Spaghetti with meat sauce, meatballs and sausage. Bread and salad, Dessert cookies and coffee. This morning my weight was the same as yesterday's weight. Without the blockers, the carbs also add water weight which typically means 3-4 lb weight gain on a high carb weekend. Every oz of carbs ingested requires 3-4 oz of water to be stored in your body. My wife is taking these also and has seen her weight stay stable. She takes 2 every morning as a regular supplement. . And, if you take these in conjunction with a keto meal plan, you will drop pounds faster than doing keto alone, or you can have cheat days which will result in no weight gain. I don't have any reason to push this product, people should do their research and test different meal plans and products. Just saying this works for us and we have observed no side effects.

So why is Amazon not accepting my review?!I'm on a keto diet and am taking Carb Blockers to avoid hidden carbs in my meals. I've tried Kidney Bean Extract before and not sure if it worked or not. I bought Green Extract Carb Blocker with low expectations. I noticed an effect on the first day that I took them. My appetite is reduced and my keto levels seem a little lower when I take them. A couple of caveats: - High sugar foods will not be blocked, only starch-based foods (potatoes, pasta, rice, etc.) it will not do anything for candy - It's not a substitute for a decent diet; a hand full of Kidney Bean Extract and a fast-food diet is a recipe for dying for fast food.What I love about Green Extract's Kidney Bean Extract is that they come in a two month supply instead of having to buy 10 bottles to get the same amount. Amazing value too! Other supplement makers, take the hint...

Easy to swallow. I like that it’s 100% pure ingredients. That’s hard to find. Idk if it’s doing anything. Weird that the company says you can get a free bottle if you “ qualify “ by writing a review, screen shooting it,& sending it to them... Makes me wonder @ Amazon reviews being bribed by companies & that’s not cool. Anyway I’m hoping these actually block carbs for real..

I love that it comes with so many for such a low price. I tell you, I can literally eat whatever I want as long as I take these first. I can definitely tell the difference in how I feel when I dont take these before a high carb meal. This is also great for you if you're on the Keto diet and you slip up!Oh, one thing I do notice is that the next day after you take these, you'll be very "regular " if you know what I mean.I was using another brand before but these are my absolute favorite. Good quality for your money and good quality. I just bought a 2nd bottle, the first lasted me a few months. It says to take 3 capsules immediately before each of your largest meals but sometimes I would only take 2 before and they still worked just as well.

I can definitely tell that I have lost volume in my belly but 10 minutes after taking the pills, I feel extremely lightheaded as if I were about to faint any minute... It definitely helps block carbs and lose weight but with side effects, at least for me

I've been using this for about 2.5'ish weeks, and I think it's working well! I've been in a bad binge eating disorder episode the last few weeks and eating predominantly carbs and startches (pizzas, potatoes, fries, bread, etc). I've also been taking this and normally during this binge episode I would have expected my weight to jump significantly, my actual weight gain was only 5 pounds instead of the normal 15 I was anticipating. I like to think this product is helping to contribute to mitigating some of those carbs/starches from become extra weight! I'll definitely update the review as my experience with the product continues and if it shifts dramatically! I have only been taking the product if I eat something with carbs, though, so if there are rare meals without carbs I've been skipping taking this. It's working well for me so far!

I really liked this carb blocker and will continue to use it while I am on the Keto diet. It's priced reasonably, is has a good amount of pills on the bottle ( If you buy the 200 amount I think) and it does work. But please consider that like any carb blocker, it does not create miracles but it will keep you on Ketosis if you do a low carb cheat ( I have done it multiple times) I am quite satisfied with these pills indeed.

I am very impressed with this product. The amount that you receive with each bottle is unbeatable. I have not seen any offer better than this one on Amazon. And believe me, I have researched quite a bit in search of one. The mere fact that you receive more white kidney bean extracts in each capsule will undoubtedly have me coming back to order more. I am taking this supplement in conjunction with another product called sweet defeat, for maximum benefits. They work great together. Greenxtract White Kidney Bean carb and starch blocker, will help carbs and starches from being absorbed as much. The Sweet Defeat will help with sugar cravings. Both will definitely keep me on track.
