Not a real heating pad
My opinion is that this heating pad is weak and cheap. Barely any heat. Put a towel on top to retain more heat but the pad never penetrates to the skin. If the manufacturer where to make this a better heating pad, it would be a top seller because of how it fits on the shoulders and neck and it being plush material.

Doesn’t heat up after 6 months. No Response from Seller
If I could give it zero stars I would. Would not purchase this again. I have used it only a few times, had it 6 months and now it does not work. The light comes on, but it does not heat up. 😒 I contacted Amazon because the heating pad said life time warranty. Amazon said it was out of the return warranty to contact seller. Sent emails, several with no response. Why does Amazon allow sellers to keep selling on Amazon, without getting back to customers that have issues with their products? 😳

Best heating pad ever
Love it!! Large enought for the neck and upper back, super soft and heats up in seconds. Usually you can feel the wires in heating pads, not this one. Its so comfy i can lay it right over my pillow.

No way to contact petakio store after Amazon warranty window closed
I googled petakio store but could not find them. Product is made in China and stopped working after a few months. Hopefully seller will see this review and respond to it as to how I contact. The Amazon ad says "Lifetime warranty..".
