Awesome for a gender reveal. Couldn't see through it at all!! I tried. Lol also easy to pop with a pin it wasn't super thick and hard so it worked perfect to take a pic with the confetti! I was worried since you couldn't see through it that it may be so thick and hard to pop but it turned out perfect. Definately would buy again

I bought these balloons and another brand of balloons both here on amazon for a gender reveal. I was nervous because some of the reviews on this balloon pack said that they came with holes and also that they came as a beige color. These were the balloons I used, because the other pack (which I'll review separately) were see-through. These were perfect. You couldn't see any color through them and they were much sturdier than the others. No holes. Correct color (black). They're a little more expensive, but I would recommend these over the other balloons that are similar size, color and style on amazon.

We bought this in order to do the gender reveal for our new addition. These a great quality, and we blew them up HUGE, and I got nervous, although they probably could have gotten even bigger. You weren't able to see the color of the confetti inside, which was a huge plus. If you are thinking about this for a gender reveal, look no further! Much better quality then your standard latex baloon (which you can see the color of the confetti inside btw)

I was soooooo afraid I might have popped this thing by accident somehow, but it worked out wonderfully for my gender reveal. It is not transparent at all, your surprise will not be ruined by being able to see through it. I simply went to the party supply store and had them fill the balloon with the appropriate confetti based on what was in the envelope from the doctors office. I went and shopped for other things while waiting for it to be filled (I wanted to be genuinely surprised). It costs about $4.00 to fill... I don't think you would be able to fill it with one of those small helium tanks (without some ingenuity) as the mouth of the balloon is quite large. Fully inflated I was able to put it in the back seat of my sedan just fine. Hope this helps...

Balloon was big & great, BUT we had planned to use this balloon filled with confetti as our gender reveal party surprise. We had planned to have our stepson pop the balloon in front of all of our guest with a BB gun, but the material of this balloon is too thick and the BB's didn't pop this balloon! We ended up taking a hunting knife and popping it with that. Just a heads up, otherwise, Great Balloon!

This item inflates very large and confetti inside cannot be seen at all! Even when raised against light. The pack comes with 2 balloons in case a balloon pops, but I did not have any issues with popping and had mine inflated at a party store.

Glad this came in a 2 pack because the first balloon had a hole in it! We had planned to do a test balloon for our gender reveal but were left with just one balloon and hoped for the best. These will not float with chalk but should be fine with just confetti and helium. We filled it with chalk and confetti and strung it up to shoot with an air soft BB gun. The burst was great for pictures and worked perfectly.

We did a gender party for my brother. Balloon is huge and only thing to remember helium will not hold this balloon up. It is thicker than a normal latex balloon. It worked out perfect for us as we hung it above the couple on the drapery rod right above their heads. When they popped it together the confetti drifted down with the appropriate color. A girl if your wondering.

Thick high quality latex and nice round shape
