PJBGarage Defender Master (White)

At first, this product appeared high-quality and sturdy. It was easy to fit and we were very happy with it for the first few months.However, rust appeared on the locking mechanism after one month, and despite cleaning this away, it recurred with more extreme rusting which was beyond removal by wiping. This is certainly something you would not expect from a high-quality product.We did contact the seller to express our frustration about the extent of rusting, sending them the photos I have attached to this review, however were told that this was not covered on the guarantee and nothing could be done except cleaning and lubrication.Overall, this has been a difficult experience and we have now been forced to buy an alternative product from an alternative shop. It is very disappointing that the seller was unable to offer a meaningful solution. This seller clearly does not prioritise customer satisfaction and we would dissuade others from dealing with them.

Good but rust starting to appear inside the locking bolt. My last door defender never had this issue??

Lock didn’t work properly so got stuckTried to contact seller about this issue but they have just ignored

Efficace mais demande certaines adaptations nécessaire pour être monter ! En effet si vous souhaitez le plaquer contre la porte vous êtes gêné par la porte et il faudra couper un peu la pièce d'attache et diminuer un peu l'épaisseur de la plaque ! pas très pratique. Par contre une fois installé parfaitement efficace pour empêcher l'intrusion dans votre box !

Non compatible avec une porte basculante, sauf si vous creusez dans le beton pour que la porte passe juste au-dessus de l'anneau d'attache du cadenas sinon vous devrez vous eloignez de la porte avec le support pour permettre l'ouverture de celle ci.
