Machine is amazing, working fast, Reliable, good quality image transferring, only one problem i face that when i rotate machine upper portion then power wire came out from socket. I think wired should be more in length.

Worst product. No response from jd9. Mug printing attachment has stopped working after 3 mug printing.... please exchange the mug printing attachment.Problem still unsolved. no response from jd9. Even after months, not even a single response from JD9. Very poor response.

This is by far the best heat press machine we have used. Have been using for over a month now without any issue.
