Great Quality Ramen
It lists these as ramen, but the noodles on the package are actually listed as Soba noodles. Either way I noticed there was only one review on this despite a few videos on this product stating how good it is and it being based on a actual restaurant in Japan.I was still a little hesitant to try this as $40 seemed a lot to pay for something that in Japan cost roughly 2 USD, which totaled would have been around 12-13 USD, though I imagine shipping costs from Japan to the US are horrible. Though Amazon listed this wrong for anyone wanting these, you do not get four bowls of this but six, so I felt better about the cost. Also this came with a pair of chop sticks and a tiny carved looking toothpick. XDI read a prior review here for directions since I could not read the Jap ones on the package and it was easy enough to make, pour the scallions and pork belly on top of noodles, add boiling water, wait five minutes and slowly stir in the rest. :)The bamboo shoots were nice and crisp, they were air sealed in their own package with a little liquid to keep them fresh, then there was the miso soup which was liquid not powder and the truffle oil was a very nice touch. When mixed together with a soft boiled egg, all the flavors simply melt in your mouth. With a lot of Ramen I eat I normally eat the noddles and such and toss the broth...not this time, defiantly not this time.OMG! It was an explosion of everything good in my mouth. Will be buying this again in the future.

Stir in the remaining contents and enjoy. The broth is excellent
Found out about this after watching Strictly Dumpling on youtube (recommend him if you haven't seen him). Took a few minutes to find instructions as everything is of course in Japanese. Added the dried bits, then boiling water up to the line on the styrofoam bowl, then cover back up for five minutes. Stir in the remaining contents and enjoy. The broth is excellent. The noodles chewy and wonderful. The small slice of pork was good but more than anything left me wanting more of it! The bamboo shoots were incredible, slightly sweet and delicious. The truffle oil adds a very subtle flavor that is fantastic and I'll be trying to duplicate when I get around to making my next batch of home created ramen. I also added a hard boiled egg and a little bit of wakame. All together it was a very excellent bowl of noodles. For now this stuff is pricey to get shipped over to the USA but if you want to splurge a bit and have what is maybe the best instant ramen you can buy... this is it.

Easy to make. Best instant ramen quality
This ramen outclasses my ramen restaurants near me by far. The noodles are exceptional for package noodles and the broth is extremely delicate. The truffle sauce might not be for everyone... the flavor is very unique and the smell is strong. I personally enjoy it but my wife does not. I would recommend maybe trying the broth before you add it in.In comparison to little Tokyo ramen shops in LA... this ramen I would probably rank a 4...? Out of 5 (at best).... it's still good but compared to top of the line ramen restaurants it's a bit off. But the fact it's an instant ramen makes this guy hard to beat!

love!
Saw the dumpling dude review these (check YouTube) in Japan and wanted to try them out. I can honestly say these are so yummy and everything he says about the flavor is spot on. Super spendy and there are not a lot of noodles in the bowl, I just add some additional egg noodles and it is awesome.

Best Instant Ramen
Wow, this tastes more like a restaurant quality Ramen bowl than an instant Ramen noodle bowl. Worth the cost.

One of the best noodle bowls
I'd easily rate this with the top 5 noodle bowls I've ever had. It's pricey for 2019, but the noodles are amazing. Broth is average, and I'd prefer not to use the truffle oil. Add a few toppings to this bowl and you have a really good meal. Only knock is the price. I wish it was cheaper, but it's so good. This is a must try. Better than any instant ramen like top ramen, ichiban, nissan roa, and I can see why it won a michelin star. Noodles are really good.

Worth the price. Restaurant quality!
Tastes like no other ramen I've had before! Broth is flavorful, and not in powder form. The ramen is not starchy. Restaurant quality at home. It may seem pricey, but it's worth it! I'm addicted, as is my husband. I have reordered this monthly.
