Perfect shine. Not sticky. Moisturizing. My lips do NOT crack if I have this on. It is not light but not too heavy and that’s part of the moisturizing. Affordable. The shine is real!

Great color with visible pigmentation in spite of the shine, which is not overwhelming. This is a lightweight formula that provides smooth coverage and doesn't dry out quickly. It is not eat-and-drink proof, nor kiss-proof. However, the color lasts a long time as long as your lips are not touching anything after application. The color is gorgeous and gets even better with a sparkly pink topper.

Yo 😭 🤣 😭 🤣 😭 I went to sleep in this ON PURPOSE! JUST TO SEE HOW LONG IT WOULD LAST. 🤣🤣 AND BABY SHE LASTED BUT FADED AND FINALLY DRIED UP A LITTLE, BUT THE COLOR WAS STILL THERE!!! SO U KNOW WHAT I DID? APPLIED ONLY CLEAR LIP GLOSS AND THE COLOR STILL FAINT BUT IT WAS STILL CUTE AND VISABLE AND I LOVVVEEE THAT. U GET A 10/10 FROM WITH THIS PRODUCT LONG LAST LASTING AND FYI I SLEEP FOR 7.5 TO 8 HOURS. NO COMPLAINTS HERE. It's worth the money seriously, and soft and smooth and it covered greatly throughout my lips I didn't have to double dip for a second coat and that's a surprise.

If you're looking for a subtle baby pink gloss, this product is the one for you! First of all, High Shine gloss in the shade "Baby Cakes" is sold at an extremely affordable price for its quality. One thing I would take into account, though, is that the gloss can feel somewhat grainy at times on the lips. In fairness, I have some glosses that I deem as "high quality" that have the same exact effect. So, really, it's not the biggest issue if you apply more of the product, but you should stay mindful of the texture before purchasing. Also, I would advise putting on a lip liner before you put the gloss on and concentrating it towards the center of your lips. That's how I personally wear it, and it looks absolutely stunning! Likewise, I admire how the gloss gives a subtle coating to the lips. Instead of making them look absolutely trenched, the doe foot applicator applies a thin layer of shiny gloss to the lips. I personally enjoy a thicker gloss than a watery one, and this gloss provides me with just that. Another thing to keep in mind is that the gloss dries relatively quickly. In comparison to Lip Injection by Too Faced, this gloss doesn't last nearly as long and leaves the lips feeling a bit drier than with higher quality glosses. With that being said, I still think that the quality of this product well exceeds its price point.

Before I say anything I’d like to state I have sensory issues due to being neurodivergent, am extremely picky with makeup, and sensitive skin so if that’s something you’re worried about because you have sensory issues, sensitive skin, are picky with makeup as well, worried it’ll be too sticky, heavy, or give you an allergic reaction this review is for you! I don’t wear a lot of makeup because of my sensory issues, personally a lot of makeup products feel too heavy, sticky, or generally uncomfortable / restricting for me. I won’t even wear foundation or bbc cream because it feels heavy on my skin. That being said, stop hesitating and reading through reviews, go buy yourself one! This product is amazing for the price. A little goes a long way. I wore it almost daily and it lasted me a little over a year per tube! It does exactly what it says, it’s somewhat moisturizing and not as sticky as most lip glosses I’ve tried in the past. If you’ve ever worn Elf’s Lip Oil it’s shares the same texture and feels similar but this product is much more light weight and a lot less sticky. It has no taste nor smell. It lasts about 2 and a half hours before it’s time to reapply if you’re not eating, drinking, etc, but even after it’s worn off it leaves your lips with a light shine to them like you’ve just put on chapstick! It’s not a very prominent gloss, it’s more on the casual side but I preferred that! As someone who can’t splurge on makeup, this helped me turn so many lip tints, lip liners, and such into lip glosses! I loved putting it ontop of other lip products. This product allows you to turn your favorite matte / no shine lip products into glosses! I also noticed the wand never stained even if I was putting it over a vivid colored lip product which is impressive. For people with sensitive skin I do want to say that personally, I had zero problems with this product. My lips didn’t tingle, I never had an allergic reaction, it never left my lips feeling dried out, and it never stained anything (outside of some plastic straws) so I think this is great for people with sensitive skin/lips! Overall, 9/10, it would be 10/10 if it stayed on just a little longer but it’s such a nice gloss. Update, as of 2024: I got this when I was 16 (2019) and I used it for awhile. I actually still have a small amount left from the last time I bought it (around 2022) and it never gets old. I’m sure you shouldn’t be wearing it after a certain amount of time but it never yellows or starts to feel different! This could last you AWHILE if you only wear clear gloss from time to time. However, I’ve switched to Elf’s Clear Lip Oil since it looks like lip gloss, goes over lip tints / lipstick nicely, and hydrates my lips the whole time I’m wearing it, and is only $9. Plus Elf’s Lip Oil does stay on significantly longer. The downside is it is heavier but the fact it lasts me ages and can be used at home just to fix chapped lips makes it worth it! Plus, like this product with Elf’s Lip Oils a little goes a long way. These two are very similar in texture and how they feel aside from Elf feeling heavier so if you’re looking for a cheaper alternative that moisturizes as well I’d choose Elf’s Clear Lip Oil! It comes in colors but since this is a clear product I’m assuming people are looking for clear glosses. Overall, this product still got the job done better than most and looked amazing. I used it daily and it lasted me about a year (per tube) but I’m also a very casual ‘no makeup’ makeup girl.

This was my great find of 2025. This gloss cannot be beat for the price. It stays on, color is wonderful, and has a great feel. It keeps my lips from drying out and is a full coverage gloss.

Beautiful color, super accurate to the pictures. Good shine, able to layer over lipstick or wearable on its own. Good coverage but still looks natural. It does feel a little sticky, but I don't mind it. It is super shiny, which I love. The gloss itself would probably last 45 minutes to an hour without eating or drinking significantly, it does tend to leave your lips feeling very dry after it wears off. So low longevity and quite drying.

The color wasn't too outstanding which was good for me because I have never worn red lipstick before. Very glossy!
