Can I use heavy cream, instead of milk, in the milk frother?

The milk frother unfortunately stopped working shortly after purchasing the product. I reached out to the company and submitted a web request and never heard back. My experience says don’t buy it. Too expensive if the frothed doesn’t work. If it worked I believe it would do any kind of milk just fine.

Can i connect this machine to a 2000w 220v-110v converter without any problem ?
