Nothing but. Everything in there is either a petroleum distillate or a substance made from petroleum distillates.

Will this product bond with rtv moulding silicone if us as a mould release?

There are likely petroleum distillates which carry the Teflon in this product, so no, it isn't going to "bond." It would likely work as a mold release, however, why not just buy mold release?

Does it remain shiny when dry? Would it be suitable as a tire dressing & resist dirt & mud in tire well?

have not tried that. I would recommend Armor All for tires.

Will this work to lube the brake pads on an indoor spin bike?

Although I haven't used it on an indoor spin bike, if it needs lubrication, I think it would work.
