My hat arrived in perfect condition in an amazon box, without any creases or issues as some others have stated. So looks like that delivery issue has been fixed for anyone on the fence. A great quality black hat without any massive brand logos. Perfect!

Finally a brand with low key design, great adjustability and comfort. Came in a bag, but wasn't damaged as others stated due to the packaging.

Great hat, well made, looks good both casually and for work. It fits really big though and sits high on the head which I don't like but it still looks ok. Avoid if you have a small head. I'd buy it again for under £15

Excellent fit and the ventilated top and sides kept my head cool in this weather and of course kept the sun off my face

I initially asked for a Tan colour and was contacted by the seller stating this was out of stock. They were polite and professional and offered the item in Grey or a full refund.I went for the other colour and am really happy with the product and how quickly they sent it considering the small bump in the process. Very good customer service.

The hat itself is okay. The problem is that it arrived all creased and squashed. It required a lot of steaming to set it somewhat straight again.

The hat is good quality although delivery was exceptionally long due to my order being lost which then resulted in my order not coming in time for what i bought it for.
