Yehuda Matzo-Style Squares, Gluten Free, 10.5 oz

Yehuda matzah-style gluten-free squares are just the ticket! The only problem is that you will have a hard time keeping your non-– GF friends out of them once they get a taste of them. Unlike other brands, Yehuda brand is incredibly tasty. These behave like a regular matzo does: a good crispy cracker that is a vehicle for any food you like to eat on matzo. They also make very good matzo meal for your baking projects, hold up well in your recipe for matzagna, and work fantastically for matzo Roca. My boxes came incredibly well-packed, and the shipping box was undamaged, but almost every square was completely shattered. That’s not an issue with the product, but with the shipper. Yes, they are incredibly expensive. But if you truly are gluten-intolerant, they are worth the sacrifice for any use of matzah you might have. I tried the other brands, and they just aren’t very good. These are fantastic!

The crackers are great if you have to eat Gluten free. Better tasting then most gluten free products. My husband loves them to and he can have gluten. My comment is for Amazon and the packaging of shipping the item. If I could have found these crackers at a store, I would have preferred to buy them. I questioned shipping crackers. My theory was correct they came all smashed and broken. The very light packing in the box was of no value. We just have crumbled pieces and some larger size pieces. The taste is still good though.

I order gluten free items from Amazon often. I find the variety is much better than the local stores, however, these crackers, if you can call them that, came in giant squares (the size of the box shape actually) and literally crumble apart. No flavor. My puppy would not even eat a small portion that fell on the floor! I decided to read everything on the box and saw there was a warning about contamination of a cancer causing chemical. Unbelievable. If I could have given these a zero rating I would have. Buyer beware!

First box arrived in crumbles (Farfel!). Replacement was perfect, and these are really the only GF matzos I'll buy. They're difficult to find where I live, and this price is pretty good, too!

I purchased 2 boxes of Matzo Squares that are gluten free. The 2 boxes arrived timely. The matzo is light, crispy and tastes good. The downside is that the majority of the pieces were broken in both boxes. I'm not returning them because I wasn't able to buy them locally since they were all sold out.

The wafers inside the sealed plastic wrap had been crushed so that approximately 40% was unusable.

Taste exellent, and adapted to pesach diet and allegies. Very quick sending,but the sending taxes are to high.
