The Leviton's 51110-SRG Residential Panel Surge Protection Device (SPD) is designed for use on 240/120 VAC at the home's breaker panel and in wired into the breaker panel through two 20 Amp circuit breakers.  It is important that the installation be done to NEC (National Electrical Code).Remove your breaker panel cover. TURN MAIN BREAKER POWER OFF (*CAUTION* there is still live power connected to the main breaker even when it is off).Leads from the SPD must be connected to the power mains through a 20 Amp (maximum) disconnect and fusing means (two dedicated branch circuit breakers independent single-pole preferred) do NOT use a SINGLE tandem breaker as this will only connect to one phase of your panel, use two separate breakers.  Mount the SPD unit securely. It can be surface mounted by removing the cover, inserting screws through the two holes provided, tightening them to secure the unit, then replacing the cover.  The SPD unit can also be flush mounted.  Direct panel mounting applications utilize a 7/8" (2.2 cm) conduit knockout hole with the threaded nipple (provided).The wires should be routed to the circuit breaker terminals using the shortest path (cutting excess wire length) to the power lines (this provides better protection). Avoid sharp/tight bends. Connect the black wire (marked "Line 1") to one line (breaker), and the other black wire (marked "Line 2") to the other line (breaker). It is critical that the circuit breakers be on different phases, that is the voltage measured between Line 1 and Line 2 should be ~240V (main breaker must be on to measure the voltage) otherwise you are only protecting half (one phase) of your circuits.The white wire must be connected to the system's Neutral bus.The green wire must be grounded to the electrical panel's ground bus.Activate the system by turning ON to the main and both SPD circuit breakers. Both SPD green indicator lights should be ON.If you do not have two spare positions for breakers that are next to each other (adjacent not across) you can replace an existing circuit breaker with a tandem breaker using one tandem circuit for the existing circuit and the other tandem circuit for connecting one phase of the SPD.I hope this helps.

Can I able to use it in India ? India has 220 v feeds

In many condominiums there are 3-phase transformers to feed several homes; Each home receives only 2-phases & neutral (3 wires), 120° split vectors 230/127V.

Is this device able to handle the 120° vectors?

This announcement states that the device works for split phase 220/110,  which has vectors at 180
