It was just what my wife wanted and needed!

The laser pointer has to be adjusted every time, and even after adjusting, still doesn't stay straight. The line fades toward the bottom of the platform, and is much harder to read. I really thought this would be a huge help, and now I rarely use it. Would not recommend.

I was so excited for this product! First, I was disappointed to realize that batteries are not included, and then had to wait another 2 days to use it because I had to order a 9 volt battery. Who uses 9V batteries anymore? When my batteries finally arrived, I turned on the laser, only to discover that it doesn’t line up with the grid lines on the surface. What good is a laser square if the laser isn’t actually square? I didn’t buy this to have all the items on my cards at a slight angle. Very disappointed, there should be better quality control than this. You can’t even adjust the laser to make it square.

I am somewhat disappointed in the laser square for two reasons: (1) The plastic pointer needs to be adjusted each time I use it to insure a straight line and (2) the line "fades" and becomes difficult to see at the end of the light source which is problematic when I am attempting to use it for lining up word letters for a card. I will go back to my T-ruler and use this for addressing envelopes.

A ruler works just as well. The laser does not line up perfectly and the light dims (thickness reduced) towards the end of the board.

As soon as I turned it on, I could see the laser was crooked. It goes "uphill." Trying to adjust it with the pointer doesn't work. Considering buying another to see if works properly. This one is going right back.

Laser light wasn’t straight and couldn’t tweak it as was suggested.

Score lines were only every 1/2 inch and were so shallow a bone folder, which was not even included, would not even fit in it.

Der Hersteller verspricht ein präzises Arbeiten mit Hilfe des Lasers. Leider ist dies nicht wirklich möglich, da der Kunststoffschieber, in dem der Laser untergebracht ist, zu viel Spiel nach rechts bzw. links hat. So richtet sich der Laser nicht automatisch gerade aus, sondern kann beim Verschieben schräg nach oben oder unten zeigen. Da das auf dem Brett eingeritzte Raster lediglich 1x1 cm Kästchen aufweist, ist auch daran ein genaues Ausrichten des Lasers nicht möglich. Ansonsten scheint der Artikel, obwohl er komplett aus Kunststoff besteht, recht stabil zu sein, daher gibt es immerhin 2 Sterne. Für den eigentlichen Zweck in meinen Augen aber nicht zu gebrauchen.

Great product, especially for writing addresses on envelopes

I don’t dislike anything and all I can say, it does the work I want and works like a charm For making straight lines.
