Works well so far
Good light. Used it for my garden starts. I cranked the light up to almost full thinking more is better, it actually started burning the leaves. Not from heat but from to much light. Started only using the power at just under half.

Great buy for anyone interested in LED light for cannabis.
Man have LED grow lights come a looonnnnggg way. I’ve grown indoors for years and tried many different light sources. When growing inside, energy consumption and heat have been a great concern. I tried this light because it had no fan and was very affordable. I’ve been running the light for at least 18 hours a day for the past few weeks and no issues. The reflector is sturdy and the quality of the parts seems good. They offer a warranty so I’m not too concerned at the very low price point. I was beyond impressed with the product. The light is strong enough to flower a single plant. The drawbacks to LED tend to be that they have a small footprint of light but at the price, you could buy 4 of these for the price of 1 HID set up. Plus the energy savings is going to save you money. I like this light, it’s easy, it’s cheap, it’s fairly cool to the touch, it’s quiet and it works. I will be buying another. The light hangers are great also. Simple and easy to use.

Mars Hydro grow light
This light arrived quickly, is of good quality and was very easy to install - just hang, plug in, turn on. It is small, but it is a perfect size for my 2x2t tent. The only drawback is that it does not have a built in timer.

Great for the price!
I picked up this little Mars Hydro TS600 for my 2x2 tent and honestly, for the price (~$56), it's a solid starter light. What I like: Super bright full-spectrum light that my plants responded to right away — seedlings pop fast, and veg growth looks healthy. Completely silent (no fan) and runs pretty cool compared to older lights. Easy to hang, lightweight, and uses very little electricity. Great value if you're growing herbs, veggies, tomatoes, peppers, or a small cannabis plant. A lot of people (including me) see nice results in small spaces without spending a ton. The downsides: Some folks report the light or power supply dying after 6–12 months. It seems hit-or-miss on longevity — mine is still going strong so far, but it's something to keep in mind. Warranty help can be mixed too. Bottom line: If you're a beginner with a small 2x2 setup and don't want to drop big money, this is one of the better budget options out there. Just use it with good airflow, don't hang it too close during flower, and you should be happy. Would buy again for a simple grow. 4.5/5 — recommended for starters, with eyes open on durability.

5 stars
Only complaint is the side with the power supply is way heavier so unless you hang the cord at the height of the light, the light will lean HARD like 45 degrees towards that end. I made certain it was properly before someone asks😂 I just used duct tape to hang the cord adjacent to the light on the wall and now it sits parallel to the ground. Obviously when I have to raise the light I’ll have to retape. Ok that’s all for the bad Now the good, here’s why it gets 5 stars even given the few bad. It’s cheap, insanely efficient, and makes NO heat or sound. Seriously. Even if I close the door in there the temp goes up only a couple degrees. My Blurple lights make way more heat and sound and while they are a little more powerful than this light and just as cost effective to purchase, this light is more efficient to operate and is great if you have high heat issues in your room. It’s gets to 90+ in the Blurple room which is a no no, but only ever gets like high 70s in the room with this ts600. I will say the plants in this room stretched a little more but to be fair the other room has THREE of the Blurple light similar to this one, so that room just has way more par/lumens by default. The light felt kinda light and cheap out of the box but it’s been running nonstop for a week and no issues. The plants like it and it’s performing solid so I can’t knock the design. Overall I’d highly recommend this. If your room is always cold and you need heat and don’t mind fan noise I’d go with the Blurple 1000w led etc but if you just want something light efficient and cool this grows just as good 1vs1 against a 600w Blurple

Bright and plants are happy
Decided to upgrade my 2x4 tent with 2 of these bad boys and let me tell you... they are much brighter than the blurples I had in there. The plants are thriving after a couple weeks with these on. I am thoroughly impressed with how they light up the tent. Should be plenty of light for my plants. Debating getting more for another tent I have. They do seem to have some heat output, so the growing tent will likely run warmer than ambient. It was fairly easy to set up. Two things I had wised were different. 1) ability to daist chain them. My blurple lights can plug into eachother requiring less outlets. 2) the hanging system would be better if it just went to one tie instead of needing the two. Just takes a little more time to level them out. Would highly recommend the Mars Hydro products. Good value and also they came with cool stickers.

She’s bright
This wonderful light came to my abode, packaged nicely and securely . The pamphlet was easy to follow on how to do the hooks as I’m new to growing inside . I wasnt sure what I was expecting light wise, but it makes me want to crawl inside my grow tent and curl up like a lizard. Maybe even buy a rock for myself so I can just have my legs sticking out, like when you stick your legs out of the covers in bed. If I was a lizard I would definitely live under this light. But that makes me wonder, what kind of lizard would I be ? Do lizards know what credit is? Of course they dont, lucky them. Anyways this light is nice ! EDIT: This is about two weeks after buying, refer to my pictures on how green and gorgeous my pepper plant is compared to how it first looked with the light. This light saved my plant, Gerard. Ps. I have not slept in the tent yet under the light… still on my to do list though. Another edit: You might ask yourself, “ is that the same plant as before” YEAH IT IS BABY GIRL ! My little Gerard is even flowering.. what a big bouncing baby boy. And right next to him is my baby jalapeño, Cortez.

Bright and affordable but runs hot - also beware possible quality issues
The Mars Hydro TS 600W LED is (thus far) a decent budget full spectrum LED grow light. I am using the light in a 4x2 tent that a use for overwintering plants, seedlings and propagation. The light is luminous enough and works well for that purpose. The light runs very hot. I did not take temperature readings but you definitely do not want to touch the light while in operation and it would be a good idea to point a small fan at the light while it is in operation to dissipate the heat. Some warnings: This is the third light I have purchased from MARS INC (the parent company of both Spider Farmer and Mars Hydro). My first MARS INC LED purchase was a MarsHydro MARSII 1200 Led Grow Light. Which lasted about 3 years before over half of the LED diodes burnt out. I would have preferred longer than 3 years but what can you do? My second MARS INC purchase was a Spider Farmer SF 4000 quantum board light. The $600 Spider Farmer SF 4000 failed after 6 months due to a LOOSE NEUTRAL connection at the 3-way junction at the power cord. Loose neutrals are very dangerous and I am lucky the SF 4000 didn't burn down my house. MARS INC sent me a new junction when I notified them but honestly after a loose neutral my confidence in MARS INC evaporated. So I will be watching this Mars Hydro TS 600W light like a hawk. If it fails I will decrease my score as applicable. Honestly, I will never purchase another MARS INC product again and am thinking of reporting MARS INC to my State AG for selling dangerously faulty electronic equipment. I purchased the Mars Hydro TS 600W prior to experiencing the loose neutral in the SF 4000
