So far so good. Key note: Make sure you push your feeder hose hard into the unit. It will leak if you don't. I like the single hose method, and the filters are holding well. Love some of the new things compared to my older dispenser, including how it looks (it blends in well with my fridge). Barely can hear it when it started up, and all three dispensers work. Tried the cold (my go-to), and the water is cold and refreshing!

I purchased this dispenser 2 years ago & it worked fine until recently. First the hot water stopped, then the cold water and eventually the entire unit stopped. Tried contacting Customer Service numerous times and the only way to get a response is email. They tried emailing instructions to troubleshoot several times but after I’ve taken the entire unit apart, they claim that there’s nothing to troubleshoot and must buy a new one. Seriously?! After reading other reviews, I see it’s this company’s poor business practice to make units that stop working within 2 years and force customers to buy new ones. I wouldn’t take this dispenser even if it was free. DO NOT BUY!

This water cooler works great and easy to install. We love that this only takes 2 filters instead of the 4 our old one needed. We liked it so much we purchased a table top one too.

After purchasing a second I can saw with confidence this is a bad buy. The first unit quit working after a week. The second is leaking everywhere. The leak is from within the unit. We emailed Avalon last week and have had no response. I wish I would have went to home depot and purchased a cooler that takes the 5 gallon jugs. The filters are expensive and most importantly it does not last. Do not waste your money!

Great product. Good tasting water. Hot and cold temperatures are very good. Bottleless is definitely the way to go.

No more buying bottled water no after taste and very good don’t need to use the kettle hot water is great for making a cup of tea

​I purchased two avalon self-cleaning bottle fillers about a year ago through Homedepot and unfortunately, neither made it to their first "birthday." Both units' cooling components failed within just ten months of use. It’s incredibly disappointing when a specialized appliance doesn't hold up as expected. I’m currently switching to a different Avalon model and hope for a much better lifespan this time around. Full review of the new unit coming soon.
