ECR4Kids SitWell Wobble Stool, Adjustable Height, Active Seating, Eggplant

Love these stools. Allows my kiddos to move while trying to focus on school, coloring, etc. my favorite part is that these are easily adjustable to any height with an easy press of a little button (like an office chair). These chairs seem durable and overall quite stable, even for my 2 and 4 year old. The still is easy to clean. The bottom has a nice rubber grippy surface. I love that it allows them to get their wiggles out, while also strengthening their core. Also can air in better posture. I bought two for my kiddos and am temuto get one for my self!

I, like many reading this review around this period of time (Aug 2020), have set up a virtual learning space for my son do his schoolwork and endless Zoom classes. As a chiropractor, I'm concerned about spinal health, core strength, and posture. So I got this for my kiddo for those reasons as much as I did for other reasons, such as it being great for kinesthetic learners, fidgety kids (mine isn't, but he's active and definitely a K-learner), helping focus, etc. I looked at many different ones. Because I'm an over-thinker-second-guesser, I couldn't commit to a fixed height stool, so I narrowed down to 3 different adjustables. This one won for a balance of price, company rep, simplicity of design, and height range. It arrived this morning right before my son's first class. I pulled it right out of the box, pulled the plastic off (no smell-yay!), was immediately impressed with the quality and heft and lack of assembly needed, adjusted the height for him (at 68 lbs, he isn't heavy enough to do it himself yet, not a bad thing at his age), and off he went, shifting and wobbling like he should. He loves it. He did fall over at one point (wood floors, he was fine), so I put a small rug under it. For all I know he was doing something he shouldn't. For reference, my son is 8 years old, 68 lbs, 4' 4-3/4" tall and he uses it at a standard sized desk, same exact as my husband and I have.

This stool is perfect for my son (7) who cannot sit still! I actually bought it for him to use at the dinner table because he was always leaning back in the chair and I was trying to prevent him from a) falling over and b) breaking the chair legs! This was the perfect solution. It’s built well and sturdy material. I love that the height is extendable so it can accommodate various tables. (It can easily accommodate me and I’m 5’7”) It’s easy to use, just push the button under the seat to adjust the height. It’s light enough to carry to another room if needed, and does exactly what the kids need it for- moving around while staying seated!

Got this for our homeschooling “desk” which our ADHD 13yr old uses but I love that it’s adjustable because our Autistic 9yr old also uses it. Definitely quality and well made. I plan to come back soon to purchase a second.

I bought this for myself, an adult of 6ft, for my at home office. Pros: -No assembly required, ready for sitting right out of the box. -Sturdy, well build -Adjusts to my height perfectly -compact, easily tucks under your desk so it does not take up any space -It’s just Fun. I can rock around to my hearts content and not feel stuck in one spot. Cons: -Not very comfortable for long sitting sessions. There isn’t really any padding, but luckily I already had a seat cushion that I was able to use with the chair. If I didn’t have that I would have probably returned it for something else. -If you aren’t used to supporting yourself you may end up having some muscle soreness the first couple weeks of use.

These ECR4Kids SitWell Wobble Stools are an absolute godsend! My son initially got the orange one, and it quickly became the envy of my daughter, who couldn't resist trying to take it for herself. To resolve the conflict, we ended up getting her a purple one, and they've been a hit ever since! What's truly remarkable about these stools is their design. My son, a sensory seeker who constantly rocks in chairs and stools, has put our island stools through a lot of wear and tear. However, the SitWell Wobble Stools have saved the day (and our island stools)! The wobbling feature allows him to satisfy his need for movement without damaging our furniture. Additionally, the adjustable height is incredibly convenient. We can easily transition them from the island (counter height) to the dinner table without any hassle. Overall, we couldn't be happier with these stools. They've brought peace to our household and saved us from countless repairs. Highly recommend them to any parent dealing with energetic kids!

So I’ve been using this stool for about 8 months as my primary Work from Home computer chair - and I’m extremely happy with it. Sure - I can slouch and have awful posture with any sort of chair, but with a little attention to sitting up straight, this stool really pays off and has been great for my core and for the health of my back. Plus it’s sort of fun and interesting. It’s well made, super sturdy, doesn’t slip out from under me, and easily adjustable. If you’re looking for a cushy seat, this is not it… but it’s not uncomfortable and it’s firmness also inspires me to stand up and move around periodically, which is a good thing. I wish I’d switched to one of these when working in the office.

My ideal work stool is a swopper, so I was looking for something that involved a bit of kinetic engagement. With neither the dedicated home office space nor a $600+ budget, I was looking for something small, relatively lightweight, and affordable. That's where this stool comes in. As a shorty, I saw that several similar stools would have been far too tall for me. As someone with both a toddler and a tall partner, I wanted something adjustable. This model hit all the marks, and orange is one of my favorite accent colors. It arrived yesterday and it's a hit. It's intuitive to raise and lower, seems sturdy, and I already feel my back and shoulder pain going away. Overall: if you have a small workspace, a need for adjustable seating, and want that seating to involve a little bit of core engagement, this one is a great choice.

Use it daily to avoid slouching at my desk.. take it with me when working away. I sometimes add a cushion on top for extra comfort

Very happy with this product! It arrived really quickly and was ready to use straight from the box. Very sturdy and the kids love that they can rock whilst sitting and engage their muscles to stay balanced. Good addition to the homeschooling routine! Only thing to add, it's a bit hard for the kids to push down when they want to adjust the seat as it needs a bit of force, but that hasn't been a problem.

Bought this item for a 12 year old but it is also a good height for an adult. It’s a good quality item and is comfortable to sit on. Easily adjustable for height. The teal color is subtle and we like it.
