I have used this product for a few years now. After some research on how it is produced I discovered it has very high standards that capture the oils without destroying the molecular integrity that makes it effective. I appreciate the sourcing of the oils to be non-fish, since I prefer vegetarian options. In current research fish oil has many positive effects but is plauged by problems of contamination and other things. This product is not. Also the combination of multiple precursors of Omega 3 and 6 is potent. For myself, it got rid of several skin problems that were distinct and irritating. Took about three months then certain dry areas, rashes and some eczema went away. My doctor noted this and asked for the product for himself- even though he doesn't suggest nutritional supplements to his clients. No, I don't work for the company, sell products or think it is a miracle. It is just a well produced product with some real benefits. I wanted to share my experience with others who might benefit as well. I could find no other comparable product. The quality of the capsules and packaging has been consistently good as well. I have been a repeat customer for many years. It was suggested by an old and respected doctor who reads MRI scans in Fort Lauderdale. He believed in this brand so much, he sold it from his office for the benefit of his patients, not profit. It comes in capsules, and the liquid can be seen moving around inside. I cannot recall a time when I received a damaged capsule. Appears to be very high quality.

I’ve been taking these EFAs for 10 months now. One of the first things I noticed was my hair. My hair is normally brittle and thin and the first thing that happened is that it became hydrated and healthier. The next thing is elasticity in your skin - especially your face. I’m 50 and so at this age things are changing. One of the first things that the supplement does is clear up your complexion and adds hydration. If you start this regimen, take a picture of your skin before, and three months after… I found my face to be much more hydrated and even toned where ii was very dry before. I can definitely tell the difference when I get off of the supplements for several weeks when I run out and then I get back on. The other thing I noticed was my heels which are usually cracked and dry started to hydrate on their own. ***Lastly - and probably one of the biggest things***. I suffer from spinal stenosis and sometimes feel inflamed pain in my lower back and in my joints. The inflammation went away. I’m not a medical doctor and cannot provide medical advice but at least for me, I would say the only thing that has changed in my diet, has been these supplements. After taking the supplement, a lot of my inflammation has gone away completely.

Just like so much other bad medical advice coming to light: low fat, food pyramid, statins, margarine...now fish oil.

I love this fish oil! Really great quality and I see a difference since I restarted this supplement.

Before buying this product, I did a lot of research on various site, including many that reported actual test studies. Supposedly, it is even more effective at lowering LDL cholesterol levels in people that have been using Omega-3 fish oil. I have been using a high quality Omega-3 supplement primarily for knee pain that I had a number of years ago. The Omega-3 supplement has completely eliminated this pain. According to my research, fish oil can eventually build up in the arteries, and the MCT oil will provide the same benefits, but eliminate the build-up. I bought this supplement, and stopped taking the Omega-3 fish oil I had been taking. For me, this didn't work well. Within a couple of weeks, the pains started again in my knees. So I started taking the fish oil again, and the pain stopped. At this point in time, I think that both have their benefits. I have yet to have my cholesterol checked. So I guess that will be the deciding factor. With the fish oil, my LDL has been on the high side, but the HDL has been high enough to compensate for it (HDL increased with use of Omega-3 fish oil). I will update this review when I have the cholesterol tests done again. If the LDL has come down, I would have say, that use of both oils can be beneficial. I also found out that the essential oils come from a number of oils that naturally provide them. This supplement includes flax seed oil, evening primrose oil, sunflower oil, pumpkin oil, and extra virgin coconut oil. All of these oils, and others, can be included in your diet without the supplement. Good fats are very important to a healthy diet and contribute to the health of your body and brain. This supplement just provides a way to include them in your diet on a regular basis. UPDATE: 03/14/14 I have used this product for over 6 months, and have decided that it is not worth the extra expense. My cholesterol has not improved, using it instead of fish oil causes my knee pains to return. I have minimal plaque in my veins and arteries, so it would be difficult to see a difference there. I have decided to discontinue using this product as I don't believe it is of any benefit to me.

I started taking this product for a scalp condition. It cleared that up, and I noticed that it helped my skin look so much better--a glow, depth, really noticeable. I know it is doing the same for all of my other organs, too. My hair and nails seemed better too. My husband started taking it with similar results. We started giving it to our older dog who had a horrible, chronic infection on her nose--only treated with strong anti-biotics and when she stopped those, it came right back. With these pills and Neosporin, it is now gone! (her hair started growing too!). She is taking meds for Cushing's disease, and adding the Yes EFA's and Beta Glucan to her meds has helped her immensely. She is 12 years old, and with the exception of some arthritis, she is going strong. The vet was amazed at her health. He said she has far outlived any dog he has ever seen with that disease. I think the dog testimony is the strongest, as she has no "preconceived notions" she just responds to it. I highly recommend. Read the website, it treats so many conditions.
