Angry Birds: Hatching a Universe

This is the coolest book! I have absolutely no interest in Angry Birds as a 30 year old woman, but I bought this for my 13 year old son who's obsessed with them and it's amazing. There are a lot of cool features with the book like stickers and sketches. It's the perfect reading level for a tween or teen. I had a hard time finding an angry birds book that wasn't for younger kids, but this was perfect! Order it! You won't regret it!

While the birds seem simple in their design, there's an awful lot of artistry that went into their creation, and the result makes this book a joy to look at. It's also chock-full of extra goodies like sticker sheets, postcards, posters, and papercraft models (I don't think I could bring myself to actually cut up the originals). The accompanying text is obviously company-approved, so you won't find any drama or dirt about the grittier side of the games or licensing businesses, but that's not really a criticism, and ultimately not what the book is about. A great reference for a fun world of outstanding game art (and Bad Piggies is in there, too!).

I got this for our son for Christmas, its packed with all kinds of stuff,even comes with post cards, poster stickers, f=door hanger and so much more, he is going to love this book, I know I do and can't wait to read it with him

This book goes deep into the realm of Angry Birds. Lots of cool images and information about the characters, the development of the game, and what's coming in the future. This book is surprisingly cool. Inspirational too.

It is a book for fans of the game, but it's also a book for lovers of art, industrial design and cartoons. In this book there are hundreds of drawings and sketches unpublished, and all drawings are accredited by each author, this is appreciated. A delight.
