Durable, Heavy Duty Power Cord
I refurbished a mallet percussion instrument of mine, a vibraphone (ie. vibes) which has an electric motor to operate the paddle fans inside the resonator tubes. I purchased this power cord to replace the original power cord from 1976.I order to serve my needs, I had to cut-away the molded strain-relief, which took a bit of time but left me with a solid power cable. The AC plug is good and solid. My project is complete and the power cord is working perfectly.

Nice cord and easy to install.
Old drill had a torn up cable. Easily replaced it with this cable and it's extremely good quality.

Excellent replacement cord
Extends use of fine, though aged power tools, still very valuable, but needing refreshing. Not everyone thinks tossing things out, buying more of low quality is a wonderful idea.

Fits Older Craftsman Drill With Modification
After looking at the inside of my 30-year-old Craftsman 3/8" drill and comparing its factory power cord to the photos on Amazon, I thought that I would give this new cord a try. The original cord was hard-wired into the trigger assembly, so I cut the old cord's wires and cut the ends off the new cord. I connected the new cord with butt splice connectors to the wires in the drill (red sleeves in photo) and the drill works great again.

standard spade connections
the unique power blade had to be reused off of old cord. Once tsken off old cord it was easy to reinstall on new.

Fixed my aging drill
Cord is a good replacement for my aging AEG hammer drill. Had to cut off the connectors that came with the cord to connect, but no big deal.

Used for my Dewalt drill
had to cut the spade bit terminals off for my application. tinned the leads and pressed into spring clip holders in my switch. Worked great with a similar fit, form and feel of the original cord when it was new.
