1st Delivery: Large Tray had a 1" black scratch on the chrome, but the Small Tray was 100% perfect. I don't have photos of the scratch as it was so big, didn't think a picture was need for them to see that this should have shipped. Unfortunately, you still have to return it as a complete set though, we couldn't keep the small tray that was in great condition.2nd Replacement Return: Both large and small tray have the black scratches, but they're smaller like 1/8" - 1/4" scratches/chip marks, but clearly visible. Attached are photos for reference.I bought a chrome touch-up pen and didn't bother with 3rd return assuming that the quality would be similar or worse if we did another replacement. See attached photos of before and after repairing the trays with a chrome touch up pen. It's less noticeable, but better than embarrassing scratches marks

Wow! The trays are even more beautiful than the picture. I bought the silver design #2. Very elegant and expensive looking. Both trays come wrapped in individual cloth bags and are packed together inside their box. I will have these beautiful trays for years to come. Would make an impressive wedding gift. Good value for the money.

Oh man , flawless product , worth for the $$ and cheaper than American brand half price at least . They did a decent metal job , finishing and artworks in one . I just bought another set for dinner tray and morning breakfast coffee .

Great serving plates for the price

I love this product! Wish it was a little bit bigger though. I used the bigger one for coffee table decor and the smaller one I gave away as a gift. The quality was good too. Definitely would order this again.

I purchased these trays for my daughter and son-in-law for Christmas since in my son-in-laws position they often have dinner parties. These trays are elegant and beautiful! Well worth the price!

These trays are awesomeGood quality, have nice grip to them, strong but not heavy .. super shiney and the pattern is very beautiful
