Dough Pastry Scraper Chopper

Good Lil scraper, I cook a lot and have gobs of food to pick up and transfer to the pot😁

This is sturdy & thick. The numbers are etched, not just printed, on the blade so they will not wash or wear off. When I knead wet bread dough, this is very helpful to scrape the countertop & keep the dough together in a neat pile. Bench scrapers are also good for collecting meat, veggies, & minced onions or garlic off of a cutting board. I like the rubbery handle because it provides a better grip if your hands are wet or slippery.

Very nice. I use it to scrap up the cutting board when I chop veggies. I like the silicone handle. Bought another one for my sister.

It works for chopping up my dog’s canned wet food, which is exactly what I wanted it for, but I thought it was plastic from the pics. I can see how it can look like either now. It’s just loud for use in a stainless or ceramic bowl, hence why I wanted plastic. Size is perfect for a standard stainless steel bowl-it goes across the full diameter. Quality is very good too. The rubber piece doesn’t feel like it will become loose/disconnected.

I had to sharpen mine I use a dough cutter for more than cutting dough they make great choppers.. I'm glad I got this one it is light but stiff so I can cut up things and scoop it up and do 2 jobs with 1 tool.. I like the measurements on it so when doing dough it helps to make even proportions.. The handle is comfortable in my hand and gives me good control.. It is great deal for the money and will worth it.. So if your looking for a good dough cuter and scrapper and just sharped it for a cuter & chopper the XOYOZO is great

It’s smooth to pick up and divide the dough. I like this shape because I think it’s less dangerous than rectangle shape. It’s sturdy, easy to clean. Love that I can choose the color.

I use this to turn sticky dough as I knead and add flour. Its sharp on one curved end, sharp enough on the straight side to cut dough. Very useful

Did it do what I want at the qualitative level I would want it to? `YES. it chops and scoops. however I don't like the size it takes up in the drawer, so may want to look for a different place to actually store it instead. Would I buy it again? `Yes, and once again, in black. lol Would I give it as a gift to someone who could use it? ` yes, if someone cooks, and you suspect that they don't use it, just ask "hey do you cook? do you chop a lot of stuff/ OR if they make a lot of homemade dough", this would be a nice stocking stuffer to get.
