How many seeds are in this package
I have never spent so much on SO little. I was never able to find the quantity on the pkg. and maybe I just missed it, but I am VERY disappointed in the few (very few) seeds that came in the package.

Next time I will seek out seedling starts rather than try to grow my own.
Very poor germination rate. Not sure why. They were started indoors in May (in California) and I followed all the online advice for getting them to germinate. Only 4 seedlings appeared and they are extremely slow to grow. They're only about an inch tall six weeks after planting.

These were extremely slow growing in zone 6A. They never turned purple & none were ripe to eat before frost came.

Purple tomatillos... yum
So, yes... I've purchased these seeds and they literally just arrived. I'm extremely excited about growing them. For now, they shall receive a 5 star rating, until I've had the opportunity to actually grow them and see the quality of the seeds themselves.I will make sure to update this post as soon as I've had the chance to add them to my garden - but since it's already July 7th, I may not get around to that until next planting season, but we'll see! I am planning on growing half of them in normal soil and half hydroponically, so I can give some good feedback to everyone once I've tried both. :-)8/15/11: I planted two of these seeds towards the end of July and both of them germinated - awesome. They're almost ready to transplant from their smaller pots.

Great start
First time growing tomatillos, but I'm babying these little guys. Seeds are viable and arrived quickly. Smaller plants than my green tomatillos, but what a great start!

Received expired seeds
Ordered Sunday, delivered Tuesday. Ordered February 2018, I got seeds packed for 2017, sell by December 2017. No mention in the description they would be last year's product. I'll plant and see how they do.
