Amazon Basics Easy Tear Wall Mount Paper Towel Holder with Ridges

I wanted one of these in my guest bathroom. It has a weighted base and with the shape of the spindle it helps to keep the product from spinning out of control when you pull on a paper towel. I had priced others with this feature and found the price was better on this model. I recommend this.

Easy to install, but the roll of paper towels didn’t turn easily at all. You almost had to unwind it to get a paper towel. Sturdy though, and looks nice. But not great for our purposes. Will Likely be returning or donating.

The one my mama had was terrible. When you tried to unroll a sheet, it would unroll half the roll. Even when you were trying to be careful, it would unroll several sheets. It is mounted under her cabinets on the wall. I found this and bought it. It installed in just a couple of minutes because the holes matched right up with her old one. She is IN LOVE with this!

This towel holder will mount horizontally or vertical. The holder is just as described and the mounting hardware was included. Very sturdy and appears to be well made. Finish is perfect. Tip: drill your hole a little smaller than is needed for the anchor and adjust as needed.

Only 4 stars for the sound it makes when you pull a paper towel. The bar itself does not rotate. It’s the rubbing sound of the paper towel tube rubbing and rotating as you pull. Overall sturdy. Purchased in April/May, update as of November. Typical use by adults and it’s sagging. It’s properly secured to the cabinet but something internally has come loose and the bar is sagging. Does not appear to be fixable.

No moving parts, so nothing to break or wear out. Has enough resistance to keep roll from turning and let's you tear off what you want to tear off without having to rewind extra paper towels that unspooled.

Overall good buy. The adhesive worked for about 30 seconds and fell down. Once it was drilled in it worked well. Clear directions, came with all the parts it needs. Only buy if prepared to install by drilling it in to cabinets. Very satisfied

Easy install, looks good. I like that it holds the paper towels level, and makes it easy to tear. Just enough tension, so that you don't end up with the entire roll strewn across the kitchen with the cats playing on it.

We bought this for our trailer didn't want a big huge holder on our counter but wanted one sturdy enough not to tip over. It is perfect. It has fit all our paper towel types and brands. no problems. Would recommend.
