The Jimi Hendrix Experience - Axis: Bold as Love (Guitar Tabulature)

Great transcriptions. I like the layout here as the guitar, bass and drum parts are contained in separate sections -versus- having them all up in one score...I prefer this format as a performer, although I can see the usefulness of the complete score as well.It is worth mentioning that this publication has clear, large print so it is easy to read (the obvious benefit of having the instruments in separate sections), unlike some other sheet music that is printed so small that it is quite difficult to follow on a music stand.Landmark recording and a fine transcription as well.

This is a great book. I gave it as a gift, and the recipient loves it.

Very pretty book, pictures and accurate tabs. I have a thick stack of Hendrix tab books and this is as good and accurate as what's on the market.

This is actually the third time I've bought this book. About a decade or so ago I had a copy of this and it got lost or stolen or something. I remembered it because I was actually impressed that the songs herein cold actually be transcribed especially this accureately. I got a second copy after my sight reading skills had improved somewhat and used it often enough for the pages to start to come loose. So, I bought a 3rd copy of it. The transcriptions are challenging to anyone's sightreading abilities, but the rewards of a little bit of effort are very satifying. The book is accurate giving great insight into Hendrix solos and choice of(often apparently jazz influenced)chord voicings. A must for any guitarist who wants to learn these songs.

Really good quality book. With a fair bit extra on Jimi other than just the tab. Clear and good size font. Really happy with it.

Gewohnt sehr gut sind Layout und Druckqualität. Die Noten enthalten ab und an kleinere Fehler, von denen man die offensichtlicheren aber gut beim Mitspielen mit der Aufnahme korrigieren kann (die weniger offensichtlichen sind wohl auch den vielen Effekten und Jimis sehr dynamischem Spiel auf dem Album geschuldet). Insgesamt kann man die Songs mit dem Material jedoch bequem erlernen.Das Buch enthält eine schöne gemachte Einleitung mit großformatigen Bildern und Berichten über die Entstehung des Albums.Einen Stern Abzug gibt es lediglich für die mangelhafte Verklebung des Covers, das sich beim Aufschlagen der hinteren Seiten sehr schnell abgelöst hat.

C'est devenu mon livre de chevet pendant trois mois les partitions sont parfaites la seul question que je me suis posé c'est pourquoi n'y a t'il pas les paroles de Bold as Love alors que les autres titres y sont ?

Les relevés sont d'une excellente qualité. La précision est très appréciable là où certaines éditions auraient clairement bâclé le travail. Un grand bravo

輸入譜は時として薄っぺらいのに結構な価格で手が出しづらいのですがこれはボリュームあります。丁寧に研究なされてコメントされているのに好感が持てます。若干採譜ミスが散見されますが、内容は満足できるものだと思います。
