Had to buy this for ADA compliance and the 36" was only a tiny bit more expensive than the 30". No problems installing. The mirror is surprisingly heavy. Only problem I had is the adhesive strip/bar towards the bottom of the mirror on the rear doesn't reach enough to adhere to the wall, but it's not a big deal.

Velcro
This is very well constructed but the attachment left a little to be desired. The top hangs on a bracket and the bottom uses double stick tape to hold it in place. I didn't think the tape that came with it was sufficient, so I used double stick Velcro to hold it. It gave a much better bond and it also made it so if we need to take it down to paint or something it will just come off the wall.
