Good little fan for tight spots.
I bought this fan for my PC due to the area below the GPU where heat was getting trapped. I installed it on the outside of the case in the rear right next to the slots for PCIE cards. It's silent and hidden in the back of the computer so you never see it. It's done a pretty good job at helping to dissipate the trapped heat a little better and my overall temps have gone done by around 2 - 3 degs.

Very quiet!
It’s hard to find a 60mm fan with a low RPM max. I needed to connect to molex in this dell build and the noctua I tried first ran constantly at 3000rpm (pretty loud!). This 1600 constant RPM is very quiet and not even noticeable.

Silent and moves plenty of air to keep my Voron electronics cool
Before these I was running SUNON's at 50% and they whine and whine and whine. Obnoxious. Ordered a couple of these, the next day there's no fan noise from my printer. Like none. The only down side to these is they come 3 wired. So you'll either need an adapter or to cut/recrimp down to a 2-pin config if you're not using this with a 3 pin header. 10 minutes of work, for complete silence from my printer. Amazing. Will be buying more of these for my other printers. Also, these rubber inserts used to install the fans are awesome. I had to drill out the holes I was using before with a 5/32 bit to make installation easier, but that took all of 30 seconds. NBD.Airflow is about equivalent to my sunon's at 50%. A nice little breeze under the printer. Just right for keeping it in the optimal temp range. Now to find some silent blowers for my nevermores.

Quiet but not much airflow
I've good luck with the NB fans. I've been using the 92 mm versions in my computer case which has been on 24/7 for 5 years and I've only had to replace the fans once. The 60 mm fans don't move much air but it's enough when coupled with a good heat sink. They are extremely quiet.

This one's actually quiet!
I've gotten other small fans that claimed to be quiet (they weren't). But this one fits the bill.Mine is used for cooling an amplifier in my car. Really, the only thing you hear (if you really try) is the sound of ball bearings spinning (not so much air turbulence from the blades). And it's so faint you have to listen for it. If you're any distance from it (say, more than 3 feet), I don't think you'll hear it at all.

Very quiet with decent air flow
This is the perfect fan if you need cooling but not massive air flow. It does move air but not to the extent of the other fans that are so loud they are distracting. I use it on a hybrid tube amplifier that sounded like a blow dryer when I played music over half level. I am very pleased with this fan and highly recommend.

Alright, can't beat Noctua
Quiet, but minimal air flow, I'd rather get noctuas for a few dollars more

Quality Ultra Quiet Fan
I have used Noise Blocker fans before, and they are awesome for the price, you can barley hear them if hear them at all, and they in my applications keep things cool. Dpn't Listen to Sammi R's review this person has obviously not done their homework. The NB fans are nearly as quiet but at the same speed 1600 RPM actually move 10.6cfm of air compared to Noctuas on ultra low noise (1600rpm) at just 9.8cfm. The Noise blockers move more air! These are great fans for the price and you can barely hear them if at all I use them on home amplifiers and they are perfect.
