Writes very smoothly for an inexpensive type pen, find myself reaching for this particular pen more often than others, including a regular ink pen. I wish they made them in a more colors. I would definitely purchase more (if they do come in other colors I haven't found them yet). These work much better than other inexpensive pens. I do mini art journals and altered books. I have every kind of pen imaginable. I write with this more often than my regular pens on envelopes, know taking, etc. Not sure if the egg supply haven't gotten there yet.
