Great, Great headset
Great headset. I swapped the TurtleBeach PX4's for these. They were on sale for $129.99 and I couldn't pass up that price.I really enjoyed unboxing these. The packaging is superb and looks like you would expect the packaging for a quality headset to look.They feel very high quality. Solid construction and the ear pieces fit over the ears very well and are quite comfortable. I wear them for hours and never feel like I need a break from them.Unfortunately, the surround sound doesn't work on my Xbox One. That is because Microsoft did not release the Xbox one with Dolby digital compatibility and is NOT the fault of the headset. My friends have this set with the Xbox 360 and cannot say enough about them.I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

Great Headphones For The Price
Hello, my name is Aaron. Today I'm here to review the Tritton 720+ headset (as you probably guessed... SURPRISE!). Anyways, before I talk about the headset I feel that I should let you know that I have tried many many many many many many (not that many but still many) headsets. I've used 30 dollar turtle beaches all the way to the 300 dollar Astro A50s. Once I ordered my headset I got it the next day in perfect condition, no scrapes, cracks, broken/bent wires etc. Took me about 15 minutes to set up and it was good to go. I also should mention that I have been using this on the PS4. I decided to put the headset on and holy crap I could wear this thing as a bracelet it was so tight. My biggest complaint about the headset is how tight it is around my head, Dont get me wrong I like a sturdy headset around my head but for those people with larger heads, please reconsider this headset. Luckily It fits barely on its largest size. Its very sturdy and durable, the design is really good in my opinion. This headset is more appealing to the eye then most 250-300 dollar headsets. Anyways after all that passed by, I decided to test this thing out on BF4 (Battlefield 4... Duh) These things sounded pretty good, I was a bit frightened about the hissing noise in the background, but once you are in game it's unnoticeable. They are definitely worth the money for a decent gaming headset for you moderate to hardcore gamers out there. Surround sound is pretty good and It raised my k/d to a 1.5 finally yay! (previously at a .95 -_-). I've had this headset for about 4-5 months now and there is nothing wrong with them, I will admit I dropped them a few times and they still look brand new! Its loyal, cool looking, and keeps me from hearing my parents yell my name. All in all, its the headset that fits my needs! Phew my fingers are about to fall off from all this typing, thanks for reading my review guys!

Overall a great headset BUT...
I was extremely excited to receive this headset. It looks amazing and was really easy to set up to my ps4 (side note: the ps4 needs more USB ports, more on the back would be nice). Started up some Battlefield 4 and WOW----I heard helicopters, explosions, bullets, and even quiet noises like footsteps in true high quality 7.1 dolby 3D surround sound. BUT (as I teased in the title of this review), they were just too small for my head! You couldn't of fit a grain of salt between me and those earpieces and I don't even have a large head--though I must say having to wear glasses makes it even worse! After an hour of playing my temples were throbbing and remained throbbing for the rest of the night. I tried to adjust it but, alas, I decided I would just have to return in...oh well...Anyways, I would completely recommend this headset to anybody as long as they considered them to have a head on the smaller side!

Excellent Headset for Gaming
I purchased this headset after a lot of consideration between Trittons, TB's, and Astros. The pricing was pretty good for a surround sound headset when compared to other brands.The build quality on these is phenomenal. It looks and feels like high quality plastic and is not flimsy at all. The design on all three color schemes is very nice.The packaging is great, and all of the parts and wires are easy to assemble and connect. I had my headset up and running in 5 minutes. Keep in mind that it is a wired headset, which also means that you never have to worry about the headset dying on you.For gaming, there is no headset better in my opinion. The surround sound actually works very well. The sounds of the games enshroud your head as you are playing, and makes you a part of the game world. Playing Tomb Raider Definitive Edition on PS4, the birds, waterfalls, the squishing of Lara's boots in the mud, the bow being drawn back, and the other sounds of the world you hear place you into the game world. You hear things you would never hear without a headset, and it truly makes a difference. It also works amazingly for FPS games like Call of Duty. With the Amplify perk, you can literally hear anyone from any direction and have a huge advantage over the enemy. You can easily pinpoint their exact location by direction and the sound of whatever they are walking on or walking in. The sound this headset produces is top notch.If I had to complain about one thing, and this is me being very very nitpicky, sometimes the sounds of the game can overshadow the dialogue, but that may also be me having the settings wrong in game. This problem can also be solved with the in-game settings.Overall, if you are a gamer, or a movie watcher, or someone who just wants a truer sound from their games, buy this headset. It is well worth the price you are paying and the warranty is phenomenal. BUY THIS HEADSET! Thank you Tritton for an amazing product.
