My first time purchasing this particular brand, but it did not disappoint. Fresh solo black garlic, easy peel, just right amount of firmness for slicing and taste was spot on. Won’t hesitate to purchase again.

I've tried several varieties of black garlic in the past, but the Aaswad Black Garlic cloves are sweeter and larger than ones I've had before. They arrived in perfect condition. They're soft and savory and are the perfect complement to a meal. I like to cut them up in pieces and mix them with noodles or rice or use as an accent in salads. The texture is soft but firm and can easily be cut with a fork. This is my second order in a smaller size to give as a gift. The flavor is rather intense. It's not too garlicky but it is sweet almost like raisins. It's not something I like to eat by itself but the flavors meld well with other foods and adds a sweet dimension. Garlic is a nutrient rich super food and these are fun to eat! They have a "specialness" that I enjoy, and I look forward to including them in many more meals ahead. You know, i'm just trying to boost my health with natural things so I came across these and decided to give them a try. They actually don't really taste like garlic.There's a tinge, but it's kind of plum like, and I really like them. I would recommend.

Black Garlic is fantastic stuff, such a deep rich sweet flavour, this stuff can turn simple dishes into spectacular dishes. This stuff is fantastic for asian or italian cooking, even great in burgers and shellfish. It's very versatile and can really put a unique twist to dishes you make with fresh garlic. This brand was very fresh, i loved the fact it came in an airtight and resealable container, i'd definitely buy again!

Lovely garlic. Good value for money compared to other retailers. I eat one a day. Not used them for cooking yet. Will buy again soon. Black garlic is very good for you. They don't leave you smelling of garlic the next day. Have a sweet umami taste.
