I was looking for a nice sleep mask to help me fall asleep. I love that it has 2 different textured sides. The weight feels great, it is very comfortable to wear all night. It blocks out all the light, which is wonderful when I get a migraine headache. I have tried both sides and I don’t get uncomfortable or warm while wearing the mask on hot summer nights. Compact size, easy to take with me, I will likely order another one for travel.

I've had this mask for 4 years. Washed too many times to count and still going strong. I was waking up with painful eyes - wanting to scratch them out. My ophthalmologist said my symptoms were due to lagophthalmus - fancy word meaning my eyes don't fully close at night. She recommended I use a weighted sleep mask. The relief with this mask was immediate - literally overnight improvement. Side effects are that I think the weight and light blocking have a calming effect. I like everything about this mask - the weight is perfect - not so light as to be ineffective, but also not too heavy. It's easy to adjust, it stays on throughout the night. And easy to keep clean.

Love the weight and material. Comfortable strap as long as the plastic doesn’t end up between your head and the pillow. Only concern is the beads don’t have any stops and can end up all on one side, but easily are evened out and the mask is back on my face.

This is the only eye mask I’ve ever found that COMPLETELY blocks out light, 100%. I’m very picky about eye masks and I’ve bought sooo many, trying to find the right one. I highly recommend this to anyone looking for complete light-blackout!!

Great for anything hard on the eyes. Bright lights, computer screen, allergies or just rest. Worm and soothing or cool for puffy and allergies. Easy to care for. Freezer or microwave.

The inside of the mask isn’t as soft/silky as I was hoping for. Other than that it’s fine. If you looking for simple, lightly weighted eye mask, this would work.

Not bad!! I like the strap in the back it is not too tight and not too loose. GREAT at light blocking.

Skip this if your head is larger than average. The back strap twists and the paper-like things holding each end of the strap slide down and dig into my head. When I go to bed the last thing I want to do is futz with the strap. It’s twisted and I can’t get it untwisted. This is extremely uncomfortable and does not promote the restfulness I had hoped for. This is unfortunate because I’m stuck in a rehab (broken ankle) and my roommate insists on having all her lights on when I need darkness to sleep. What a disappointment. Oh well. Update: Seller contacted me quickly to see what they do for me. Stars added for EXCELLENT customer service. Now I have to see what else they sell. :) Offered refund but I declined. Not their fault that my noggin is so big. Second update: eventually the band stretched out, and now I love it. It can slip down when I sit up, but I sleep on my back, so it stays put. It really keeps out any light and it feels cool on my eyelids. The pressure is just enough. I have never frozen or microwaved it. There is really no need.

Not sure if I misread the description but I believed I could warm up the mask in the microwave - I couldn't. After the third night, something melted. I put it down to user error.

Takes some getting used to but relaxes you. Completely keeps put light

I have tried probably 4 different masks atleast , maybe more , from amazon here . All of them have been returns because theyre duds. This one is the best well made one ive found on amazon so far! I tried flaxseed filled ones and after only 3 nights they smelled like burnt popcorn but worse. Definitely a good idea to stick to silica beads or something like gel. Very good for something like dry eye issues as well!!!

The internal weighted part is great as an eye pillow but the mask is too tight for me - I like to have it really loose.
