You won't be disappointed. I love it!!!
I have thick& coarse frizzy hair and this straightener did the job. While in cosmetology school we worked with babyliss straighteners and it was ok. I've also have the new chi lava straightener but the ISA is my #1. You don't have to press down so hard and if you know how to properly straighten hair you shouldn't need but one pass. I recommend this product 100%. It always helps to prep your hair before straighting it with the correct products and you will see that your hair will last straightened longer than norm.

Does not work
This iron did not straighten my hair well and it took several strokes to get even a little straight. It feels cheap as well. You need to hold the end closed with your other hand to get pressure on Your hair. I am returning . Do not recommend
