I love this scent from the Wavertree and London company (Sandal Wood/Patchouli)! Most sweet or artificial scents really bother me and I get sick headaches from them. But this scent is perfect - not too strong or sweet. The Patchouli is rather mild and not overpowering. The scent lingers for a short time, but not hours like some of the artificially scented soaps do. I wouldn't call it super moisturizing, but it's not especially drying, either. The bar is a big size, lathers really well in our very hard water, and lasts a very long time as a hand soap. At least a couple of months! Well worth the price. Another of this company's soap that I like is the Havana scented. It has the slight scent of a cigar to it which reminds me of my father. It isn't very sweet, just a somewhat earthy scent. Very nice. I have ordered other scents from this company, but they were too strong or were offensive for me and I gave them away. The recipients loved them, though! :-)

This is the best smelling soap I've had in ages. Smell is comforting and gentle, not overpowering. The nice thing is that it is a moisturizing soap too! Packaging is very attractive and soap looks great too. Cost is a bit high, but it's a guilty pleasure so I indulge and treat myself every now and then. Took a while to receive it, I am guessing they were out of stock, must be a popular item!

Very nice, smells and feels great !

I love this soap, it has a very pleasant aroma and has plenty of suds. And long lasting for my shower use too. One thing that stood out from the start, the packaging is done so incredibly neat, you can tell the maker takes great pride in making this product. You'd think there's a Swiss watch inside. It's nothing but 1st class!

A bit pricey, but you get two very large bars, beautifully wrapped (if used for a gift) and smells great.

I originally came across this soap on a trip to Kentucky and grabbed several bars to bring back home. My family LOVED how it made our skin feel and the smell is just divine. When we ran out I made a mad scramble to look for it online and noticed it could be purchased on Amazon (of course), so we did! We will continue to purchase and will also try some of the other scents offered by Wavetree & London!

It's a very high quality product. The fragrance is stronger than I anticipated. I can smell it down the hall from the bathroom. It isn't unpleasant, just rather strong.

I know that if you look at the price and don't know anything about this soap, it seems expensive. And while it's not exactly cheap, it's worth it. I found this soap in a little gift shop while traveling through California and I've been hooked on it ever since. The fragrance is light but it lingers (my husband loves it and rarely fails to snuggle up to me after I've showered to take in the fragrance). And while that's nice, what really makes this bar of soap worth buying (in a strictly budget-minded way) is that it lasts a long time. It's a larger than average size bar and I use it in a Duke Cannon soap pouch. I get plenty of lather, a good scrub down, smell great, and the bar lasts so long that I can't remember the last time I had to open a new one up. Take a chance and try it. It's worth it.
