I always wanted to test it's ayurvedic qualities. And I found it's best for cold climate like winter. Black sesame seeds were more reliable for my experiment. It may vary with users and purpose. It was easy to use because of its size and taste. It is perfect package for the price It sold.

Quality is good

Delish put in coffee grinder then add to shake.

The sesame seeds are fresh and have a good taste, and the quantity is great for the price. The only downside is that they require thorough rinsing, as there was quite a bit of debris. Once cleaned, they work very well for cooking and baking. Overall, a good product, just needs better cleaning.

The color is dark and smell is vibrant. The large bag is more than expected. Surprised by the taste and freshness ..

Great way to add fiber

I used these seeds to make 3 ingredient Breakfast bars and they were gone in 2 days. Good quality and price for the size. I will repurchase repeatedly.
