I thought I was getting a stamp with a message that could be changed with a wheel. But no. They’re individual rubber words that you press onto the plate above or below the date. Very messy if you want to change words (scanned, emailed, entered, or completed) after you’ve already used one or more of them. Better wear rubber gloves.

Difficult to change stamps. You get ink all over yourself when doing it. Would be better to have a fixed stamp.

Somewhat easy to use . Try to understand how to change date, just a little difficult. After figuring it out easy to use.

Exactly what we were looking for - takes the place of 4 message stamps on my desk!

So far, I do not like this product. It came with zero directions and thus far appears to be misleading in stating that the Date & Phrases are easily changeable, then showing the dials to rotate. I have a separate pad with the phrases and lines that you have to MANUALLY place one by one onto the stamp as you need them, and then return them to the holding pad. Not something you rotate. THAT is NOT "easily changeable." I feel as if I wasted my money. I need something that allows me to rotate the phrase and dates quickly in order to keep up with the paperwork placed in front of me! Otherwise, this is useless to me.

Great addition to my organizing efforts and documentation. Easily indicate what action you want to record with dates ranging over fives years starting 2021. Can be effectively used after 2025 by simply disregarding the year feature, if desired.
