Kitchen Faucet with Pull Out Sprayer, Low Profile Stainless Steel Single Handle Brushed Nikcel Utility Laundry Sink Faucet 1 or 3 Hole Grifo De Cocina

I really like this faucet. I had one similar to this that lasted more than 5 years, but finally the plastic threaded connector for the wand broke. This one was just as easy to install... all of the same snap-on hose connectors and mounting parts. This one has a better button to switch between spray and stream... it stays in either position whether you switch with water on or off. Very solid construction and very nice finish. I'm using this on a basement wash tub sink... it's perfect for a shop sink faucet.

Worst faucet ever, everything worked fine for eight hours and then when I went to work, it leaked all day long into my kitchen. Zero out of 10 do not recommend. Give any other business your money except for this one. Trust me do not buy this.

**Update 2/19/22 - Ufaucet reached out to me and explained they'd had trouble with their email servers & apologized and sent a replacement faucet that arrived a few days ago. Very pleased with their customer service, and wasn't expecting a full replacement as I didn't know if there was a warranty. Rating revised from 2 to 4 stars. I may occasionally try to inject a little plumber's grease into the body of the new faucet occasionally to try to prevent the same thing from happening in the future. ------------------------------------------ Original review - Purchased from Ufaucet in 2020 - it was great for the first year - great functionality and beautiful design - but in the following year the cylindrical connection/collar between the faucet pull-out and the body of the faucet would become stuck maybe once a week, needing to be manipulated by two hands to get it moving again, and then moving it back and forth multiple times to get it to function smoothly again. This would happen about once every 1-2 weeks. Not sure whether the problem was with the construction of the joint between those two parts, or whether the faucet was leaking a bit internally and depositing minerals from the water that were hardening the connection. Flash forward to two weeks ago, and that connection completely froze. In trying to get the faucet moving again, the force I applied instead broke the small plastic connection at the end of the pull-out handle. The main body of the faucet is still stuck as well. Contacted both email addresses on Ufaucet's website two weeks ago regarding instructions to unfreeze the faucet and order a replacement handle from them, and have not received a response. I considered rating it 2-3 stars because it is a very nice-looking faucet and functioned well for 1-2 years before it broke, but due to the lack of response from Ufaucet, I think one out of five stars is appropriate. The $60 we paid over 2 years of use isn't bad, but the hassle of now having to remove and then re-install another faucet isn't worth it.

Faucet is installed and seems to be ok for an inexpensive unit. Needed it for our laundry room to replace the original and wanted the sprayer and extension for bathing our pug. Here's the issues. Running the supply lines, faucet line, and faucet line connector through the black extended nut/connector was ridiculously tight and difficult. I can see a lot of people returning the unit unable to get this installed. Especially being on your back, in the cabinet trying to force the 4 pieces thru a hole that seems way too small. Took me 5-7 minutes of fidgeting and cramming these thru the connector opening. Really difficult. Secondly, the hot and cold supply lines are only 18" long. They should be a minimum of 24" for most sinks to adequately reach the shutoff valve with a little extra slack. Make sure 18" is long enough (see pics) or you'll be running up to Lowes to buy extension lines at around $17 Seems like a nice faucet for the price but beware the above installation issues

I purchased this Ufaucet Modern Best Commercial single handle sprayer faucet to replace an old leaking one on my laundry sink. I searched in both big box stores and online and found that most in this price range were made out of flimsy plastic and would not hold up. Consequently, I was searching for all metal construction and found that the Ufaucet Modern Best Commercial looked really good and 1/2 to 1/3 the price of a comparable Delta faucets . In fact the Ufaucet Modern Best Commercial look exactly like Delta faucets inside and out that I have in my home and the Ufaucet Modern Best Commercial is made better than the $200 Delta I have on my kitchen counter. When I opened the package, I was pleasantly surprised at the design and quality. The single stem is designed to be installed in the sink 1 3/8" center hole, but also comes with cosmetic flange to cover the two holes if you have them in your sink. My plastic sink did not have a center hole, so I used a hole saw to drill the 1 3/8" hole. The nut provided to tighten faucet down is a 3" long tubular nut that is very easy to tighten by hand without using a faucet wrench. It comes with 24" flexible metal waterlines that are color coded red and blue. Without having to buy attachment hosed it saves you $20 and a trip to a big box store in the middle of an install. The water lines come with 3/8" threaded connectors and also includes 1/2" threaded adapters if you need them. The instructions are simple as the install is very simple and effective. The performance of the Ufaucet Modern Best Commercial is great with a strong normal stream or a sprayer at a touch of a button that is great for cleaning items or the the sink. It reverts to the normal stream automatically when you turn the water off so you don't have a high powered sprayer shooting all over the place the next time you use it. The sprayer has a long hose and is counter weighted so it returns to its seat automatically. I highly recommend the Ufaucet Modern Best Commercial single handle sprayer faucet for kitchen, bath or laundry sinks!!!
