Don't always rely on the reviews. After purchasing this, I decided to go ahead and look into the reviews a little further. Seems like half the people hate it and the other half love it. I think that as with anything we decided to bring into our lives, it has to be used in the proper fashion. For me, it was the price point and the same day delivery that had me sold on this. When it arrived, I immediately unboxed it and put it on.... No troubles, no tare's , except a nice skirt that suits my needs perfectly. Would recommend to anyone whose looking for a cheap skirt that is willing to take care of it as it should be.

Once you've made your bed with this bed skirt it looks fine and you won't think about it. The issue is the "Once you've made your bed" part. The fabric is thin and will tend to tuck under the mattress along with the sheet. You have to partially lift the mattress, reach under and pull out the skirt to get it to fall correctly. It's a slight effort that makes making the bed a pain. All things considered; I'd rather have spent a bit more to rid myself of the recurring issue.

I honestly wasn't expecting much given the price (actually, I half expected a scrap of fabric with no means of attaching it to the bed), but it was nothing at all like that. Arrived promptly and in store packaging. Color is a nice deep navy blue and the fabric is soft. The material that actually covers the box spring (hidden under the mattress) is that gross mesh-like plastic-y fabric, but is sturdy and invisible once in place. The bed skirt fully covers our box spring and bed frame, giving our bed that nice finished touch that it was missing. Highly recommend if you want a simple, non-frilly bed skirt that's cheap in price but not in quality.

Bought this for my son's room after purchasing a new black comforter set that didn't come with a bedskirt. I ironed it after opening the package and all of the shipping wrinkles came out easily. I bought the full size and it fit over the box spring perfectly. Great purchase and great price!!

It does the job, but it is thin

This is a very light weight very inexpensive bed skirt or dust ruffle. At this price my expectations are not very high but I have to say it does exceed those expectations. It serves it's purpose as something that goes between the mattress and box spring and covers the ugly box spring that my quilt/spread doesn't quite cover. It is very thin and will not hold up to washing on a regular cycle in the machine. BUT it is a bedskirt that never touches your skin so why would you need to wash it first? Just put in on the bed. If you need to get the wrinkles out (I personally didn't care about a few small wrinkles) then throw it in the dryer for a few minutes. If you feel you must wash it then it should be washed on the hand wash cycle in your machine or it will tear up. If you buy this item for $9.99 like I did then don't expect it to be a $50.00 item because it won't be. I got the white color and know that it is just a cheap temporary solution until I find the one I want which will take some time to find as I want a red and white stripe and it has to be a true red, so this is a great and inexpensive solution for now. Remember you get what you pay for and when it's this cheap, keep your expectations in check.
