Had these for almost 2 years now and they haven’t lost their shape at all. 2 sides one velour and warm and one side cooler. I know they are a bit pricey but when comparing to how many cheap pillows I’v bought over the years I bet they have given me my money’s worth. They are so comfy and supportive. I usually had two pillows but this is all I need. Can’t rate it enough!

These pillows are great, one side cool the other side warm, I do love the cool side. With their cases they look good and easy to clean the cover's which is a great idea as you don't need to wash the whole pillow, totally recommend

They are not as puffy as the picture . Theyre vaccuum packed when theyre delivered . I bought them as ive had a boob job and need to sleep propped up and thought id get some good supportive ones.Granted i cant plump them up coz i cant use my arms very well but i have tried a bit and tbh theres still just heavy and flat.If i was you and you wanted decent pillows hust go into an actual bed shop to try out first.These pillows arnt bad... but they arnt good

Such gorgeous pillows in terms of quality and softness, I cannot fault them in that regard. Unfortunately they offered close to no support for me (side and front sleeper) or my husband (side and back sleeper). My husband has broad shoulders but I don't and still found my head was dipped uncomfortably low as the pillow depressed to practically mattress level. It's a real shame as the quality of them is so lovely, but these are simply no good for us as supportive pillows.

These pillows have made a huge difference to comfort in the neck and head for me. I am sleeping and resting better and would recommend them just for the comfort alone. They also retain their original shape. They come with a cover that washes easily.

I’m very wary of buying pillows that I haven’t felt but I’m so glad I took the chance on these. I have osteoarthritis in my neck and find it difficult to get comfy, these pillows are great, cannot fault them at all. Would recommend.

Omg these pillows are sick. They’re like cold on one side, so you’ll always be cool like the cold side of your pillow. The other side is soft and snuggly. Buying these pillows was a Life changing decision tbh

Arrived in vac bags suggested to air for 48 to 72 hrs so aired 72hrs plus still flat not big and bouncy as described what a waste of money. Nothing what it said it to be so so terrible and disappointing

Mi hijo no podía dormir porque las almohadas viscoelásticas eran muy altas, quería unas tipo hotel, ahora duerme perfectamente, de hecho he tenido que comprar otras para llevárselas al país en el que reside. Muy recomendables.

Había comprado unas del mismo modelo hace unos meses y fue un acierto pero estas no tienen nada que ver. Son muy finas y tienen bultos raros. Ya como las he sacado de su envoltorio y las he probado tampoco las puedo devolver
