Love universal nutrition, have been a long term user of the brand. Super cuts 3 definitely makes you feel less hungry. Be aware they are large pills if you have trouble taking pills. Super bummed they have gone up in price so much on here.

I dont believe until I star using this amazin product, first dont feel jittting no taquicardic, make you go to the batch many times, really work! had lose around 1/12 waist inch between 2 week of use, Remember a good diet.

I bought this product with the aim of losing some water weight and perhaps some extra fat. I took the 9 pills/day as directed.I'll make it quick and easy: 1. Not a good diuretic. If you're looking to shed major water weight there are better alternatives out there i.g. animal cuts. 2. No major fat loss observed. I added this onto my carb-cycling program along with green tea. I did not observed any major spikes in fat loss nor did it help me break my plateau. 3. Great pump. I did notice an increase in my stamina and endurance while at the gym, thanks to L-carnitine. L-carnitine is one of the major ingredients in this product.It is naturally produced by the body and stored in skeletal muscle (major reserve) and smooth muscle (minor reserve). Studies have shown that L-carnitine increases fatty acid metabolism by aiding in their transport into the inner mitochondrial membrane during exercise; however, long term studies showed a non-significant shift in body mass index when compared to control groups. In other words, it'll help you in your work outs but it will not act as a "fat-burner." Having said that, by allowing you to have better workouts, you can then burn more calories and indirectly aid in your fat loss.

I got this to help cut off some pounds. I am not sure it really helped as i was doing other things to help cut the 10 pounds of extra fat i had gained. I work lout in cycles - i get cut to a 11-12% for about a year and then layoff . I wanted to get back in the good condition i was in and thought this would help. I have tried this on 2 different occasions. The first time it seemed to work and i was losing some extra inches... the second time i was not working out - i did not see any change. I wish i could be more help. If you are overweight 20 pounds, do not look to this to help. It only works when you work out. I use their other products like ZMA - which is great.

Awesome product

It works as promised. I've seen a difference since using it helping me get to the next level. My only complaint is that the pills are so big that I can't take them so I have to grind them up every day and put them in my shake.

I've used this product for quite sometime to give me that extra boost in energy as well as providing definition needed. I take this alongside Mason Citromax (2 and 2) then hit the gym 1st thing in the morning on an empty stomach. Of course please take into account a balanced nutritional diet to help reach your training goals. All the best.

This product contains too much calcium for the recommended dosage. Gave me a kidney stone! Do not buy!!!

Effektiv wenn man dieses Produkt eine halbe stunde mindestens vor dem Sport zu sich nimmt. Habe mit der Kombination von guter Ernährung, Sport und diesem Fatburner bisher gute Ziele erreicht und dementsprechend gut abgenommen. Kann ich nur weiterempfehlen Bis auf den Geruch, der lässt zu wünschen übrig
