I made it according to the instructions with non fat grass milk and used a stick blender to really froth it up. And then let it sit in the fridge to set. A tasty treat! I've also used it to make protein pudding - using the vanilla flavor of Optimum Nutrition whey protein isolate. Talk about a snack that sticks to your ribs on days when you want to eat everything not nailed down.

The pistachio flavor clumps are almost nonexistent compared to the chocolate sugar free pudding.

I wish Jello would market a line of puddings and jello with Stevia and Monk fruit - NOT any sugar alcohols! Otherwise, good old Jello brand is great, and several times better than the ready to eat Jellp puddings.

I'm on a weight loss journey and these are the perfect dessert. I mix 1.25 cups of almond milk with the entire box and blend for a minute or so, then let sit in the fridge for a half hour. You can eat the entire bowl for 150 calories, and it's filling and delicious. Highly recommend. Pistachio flavor is on point.

Taste yummy use it in my ninja creami for protein ice cream however doesn’t taste like true pistachio gelato, taste like artificial pistachio: still nice though and comes out bright green.
