it works and easy to use
I used this product being hand held mini steamer and found it did the job of getting creases out of all my clothes I was very impressed as I cannot use a iron board or use a iron because of arthritis this was ideal I would recommend one

Very good steamer
This is a very good steamer, the only thing is I wish it has a button to control the steam, because I need to do quick the garment and the I have to turn it off, then if I need to do another one, I need to turn it on again an I cannot leave it working because the steam is coming out continuously and if you are not careful or distracted you will get the heat and the steam in your face or body, plus if you leave it on, the water runs out very quickly, but its performance is very good

Easy,effective and economical
Fantastic, heats up in seconds ready to use, water lasts for at least 3 shirts, great alternative to the iron, quicker,easier no ironing board, I use it every day and pack it in my travel bag wherever I go. Much cheaper than the brand name ones that cost a lot more.

Works, but questionable electrical quality.
This functions as described. However, theon / off switch was not so good and caused an electrical crackling noise and smell when switched on and off (fire risk??). Needed the steamer for a business trip and didn’t have time for an exchange. Glued the switch in the on position to remove the fire risk and appears ok.

I've used this item once and that was on my son's school blazer last month,went to use it again and it's not steaming it just spits out hot water which is so dangerous I've had to stop using it ,I'm not happy has I brought this in December.I will be returning this item.

Really good at getting creases out when you need to !!
Fab item ! Wish it was a bit bigger capacity for water but gets creases out brilliantly I got it merely for last minute items and I've been using instead of my iron !

• The cord is short so be mindful about that.• To my experience it did ok on my white shirts and took a while to take out the creases but never fully straightened.• 2 fills on the water tank for just one shirt.• A bit bulky so not recommended if you take this for travel.
