Can you use air fryer?

I don’t think so. They are the kind that need soaking and are meant to be soft for fresh spring rolls they dry out after being left too long and probably would not really taste good or be easy to eat if heated in and air fryer.

do these work in dumpling press?

No, once you wet them they become gelatinous, too thin and sitcky in my opinion, go for a won ton wrapper.
